Quick Facts About Annie's Nails

Annie's Nails Place has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments above. Let's start with the strengths:
1) Efficiency: Multiple comments mention that the service at Annie's Nails Place is quick and that the customers are in and out within a reasonable time. This is certainly a strength as it allows customers to have their nails done without spending a significant amount of time at the salon.
2) Politeness and friendliness: A couple of comments highlight the polite and friendly nature of the staff at Annie's Nails Place. This is an important strength as it contributes to a positive customer experience and makes customers feel welcome and valued.
3) Attention to detail: One comment specifically mentions the great attention to detail in the gel manicure. This is a strength as it shows that the staff at Annie's Nails Place pays close attention to their work and delivers high-quality results, particularly in terms of the shine and appearance of the nails.
4) Taking care of customers: One customer mentions that despite having rough hands due to working in construction, the staff at Annie's Nails Place took good care of them. This demonstrates a strength in customer service, as the salon is able to cater to customers with different needs and ensure that their services are tailored accordingly.
Now, let's move on to the weaknesses:
1) Communication issues: One reviewer mentions that they had difficulty communicating their preferences to their nail technician, particularly regarding nail filing. This is a weakness as effective communication is crucial in delivering satisfactory service. The customer's concerns were not understood or acknowledged, leading to dissatisfaction with the final results.
2) Pricing: Multiple comments indicate that some customers feel that the prices at Annie's Nails Place are high. This is a weakness as customers expect reasonable prices for the services provided, especially considering that the salon has not been renovated in a long time. Prices should be commensurate with the overall experience and atmosphere of the salon.
3) Product quality: One customer complains that their nail polish started coming off after only a week, and another mentions that their nails lifted shortly after the service. These comments suggest a weakness in the quality of the products used at Annie's Nails Place. Customers expect their nail treatments to last for a reasonable amount of time without chipping or lifting, so this issue should be addressed.
4) Rough and rushed service: Several comments mention rough treatment of hands and rushing during the service. One customer states that their fingers were not completely painted. These weaknesses in the level of service can lead to dissatisfaction among customers, as they expect to be treated with care and attention to detail.
5) Pricing discrepancies and disputes: One customer mentions an argument regarding the distribution of tips, and another mentions being charged a higher amount than what they were initially quoted. These weaknesses in pricing and customer service can create a negative experience and lead to customer dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, while Annie's Nails Place has some strengths such as efficiency, politeness, attention to detail, and the ability to accommodate customers with different needs, there are also several weaknesses related to communication, pricing, product quality, and service levels. Addressing these weaknesses can help improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction at the salon.

Best TL Reviews

First three pictures taken the day of service and next three taken 8 days later. First time visiting salon, with Tammy on hands and another lady on feet. While the service was quick, I would describe it as just ok for a few reasons:
1) I asked multiple times for the top of my nail not to be scratched up with a nail file. I couldn’t quite make out what Tammy was trying to say under her mask, but she kept insisting on filing a little and saying it’s ok. After she did one nail I tried to show her again that I did not want it filed because my nail will look damaged “liked this” after gel polish is removed. She continued. Ultimately I gave up because I could not understand her and she wasn’t hearing me. I’ve been to high end salons before and I can guarantee that they are able to make the gel polish hold for a decent amount of time without filing the top of my nail.
2) $85 before tip for a gel mani pedi (with calluses removal) is a lot for a San Pedro salon which has not been renovated in a very long time. It’s a simple salon, and that’s ok, but I’m expecting simpler prices as a result.
Good clean job on my pedi. And I like that I’m in and out in an hour. They are always so polite and friendly. Love having my pedi time there!
Paid $64 for a pedicure and $51 for a fill for 1 nail to pop off 2 days later and less than 1 week later my nails are lifting. Great service tho very nice peope wish they had better product
Arguably the best gel manicure I’ve ever had. Great attention to detail and the shine is amazing. Great pedicure as well. My pedicurist escorted me over to the massage chairs for some relaxation as my toes dried. I will definitely be back!
I work construction so my hands were a mess when I walked in. The ladies made me feel welcome and took good care of me. Did a perfect job on my hands n feet.
I got regular French tip short manicure. Lady was very rude and very rough with my hands. Were not friendly at all and charged me for a manicure even though she didn't clean my nails or even soak my hands at that. Do not come and get anything done here. I don't mind paying good money for my nails but when they come out very ugly, I think there should be proper pricing. I was charged 68$ for a manicure that wasn't even done properly. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE
Horrible!!! The 1 girl that did my nails was fine yet its only been 1 in a half weeks and the polish is coming off. This has never happened to me. The girl that did my toes was rushing. I asked their receptionist to give me change and he took it apon himself to distribute the tips without giving one of the girls her tip. That was an argument.... then charge me $58.00 for a Gel Mani & regular Pedi. Come to find out the normal cost for both was $38.00..... I will never go there again
My girl didn't like the work they did, the man working with her kept adding things she didn't want done on her nails then after the employee was super pushy for a tip oh and he didn't even paint the whole fingernails
