Quick Facts About Lavender nails and spa

Lavender Nails and Spa has received both positive and negative feedback from customers. By analyzing the comments, we can identify the strengths and weaknesses of the salon.
One of the main strengths mentioned by several customers is the cleanliness of the salon. Multiple comments highlight the spotless environment, indicating that the staff takes pride in maintaining cleanliness. A clean and hygienic salon is vital for customers' confidence in the services provided.
Additionally, the staff at Lavender Nails and Spa received positive feedback for their professionalism and attention to detail. Customers appreciate the sweet and friendly attitude of the staff, suggesting that they create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for clients. Professionalism is crucial in the beauty and spa industry, as it contributes to a positive customer experience.
The quality of services provided is also mentioned as a strength. Several customers specifically mention the SNS powder service, stating that it lasts 3-4 weeks without any lifting or chips. This indicates that the salon provides high-quality and long-lasting nail services. Furthermore, a customer mentions a positive experience with a Blueberry Spa Pedicure, expressing satisfaction with the service.
The ambiance of the salon is another strength mentioned in the comments. Customers appreciate the clean, calm atmosphere and great music, suggesting that the salon offers a relaxing environment for clients. A relaxing ambiance is crucial for a spa experience, as it enhances the overall customer satisfaction.
Additionally, customers mention that Lavender Nails and Spa offers a range of services beyond nails, including eyebrows, body waxing, and massages. This indicates that the salon provides a variety of beauty and spa treatments, which can attract a diverse customer base looking for a one-stop-shop for their beauty needs.
However, along with the strengths, there are also weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One recurring issue is the customer service experience during walk-in appointments. One customer describes feeling discriminated against based on ethnicity, as the owner refused to serve them despite the salon not being busy. Another comment mentions the owner's inflexibility regarding appointment timings, which frustrated the customer. Such experiences can significantly impact the reputation of the salon and discourage potential customers from visiting.
Another weakness mentioned is the price of the services. A customer implies that the salon is relatively expensive, although they acknowledge the availability of a frequency card and a discount after multiple visits. Pricing is an important factor for customers when choosing a nail salon, and if perceived as too high, it may deter some potential clients.
Furthermore, there are a couple of negative experiences mentioned regarding the quality of the nail services. Customers complain about their nails chipping and breaking shortly after getting them done. One customer even mentions that their nails started to break off after only one week. These instances indicate that the quality of the nail services might be inconsistent or subpar in some cases.
Another complaint is related to a billing issue. One customer states that they were given a bill that was $65 more than what was initially quoted by the owner. This miscommunication led to a negative experience and highlighted the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of the salon.
In summary, Lavender Nails and Spa has several strengths, including a clean environment, professional staff, high-quality services, and a relaxing ambiance. However, there are weaknesses that need attention, such as inconsistent customer service during walk-in appointments, pricing, and occasional issues with the quality of nail services. Addressing these weaknesses will help improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall reputation of the salon.

Best TL Reviews

I recently moved back to the area and was in search of a good nail salon. I had passed by Lavender a few times while in the plaza and thought it looked clean so I figured why not give them a try. I’m so glad I did—they’re the best! The location is always spotless, the staff is sweet and professional, and all of their services are high quality. They really pay attention to detail and it’s clear they take their work seriously. I get SNS powder and it always lasts 3-4 weeks without any lifting or chips. I look forward to coming here and relaxing ❤️
i came to this place earlier this year for a manicure it was but to say the least it was not the best..So i figured let me try them again theres a sign that say walk in's are welcomed but i think it depends on your ethnicity i walked in a hour before closing and there was only 3 ppl getting serviced and the owner told me no and that she didnt have the time to do my nails..i said ok and tried calling for an appt and couldnt get an appt the day of..so i tried again TODAY @ 3:15 the owner once again tells me basically if i cant come at 4 today then no ..mind you they close @7..Its sad because i live in freeport and this is by far the worst nail salon service iv ever encountered.. If you u appear privileged they will bend over to see you.. sadly my family runs a very successfull business and i was trying to support my community but I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT SALON AGAIN..THE SERVICE SUCKS
I came in today for the Blueberry Spa Pedicure and it was lovely! Definetly a bang for your buck at $35. The only complaint I think I have is that the parrafin treatment thats included is only for your heels instead of your whole foot. Otherwise everything was perfect; the place is clean and quiet and the staff are friendly. Id definietly recomend! I cant wait to try the other spa pedicures =)
Clean, calm atmosphere great music! Nice color selection, I love bright colors all season through it just makes me feel nice!- Kind of expensive but u get a frequency card and a discount after a certain amount of visits and services. They do eyebrows body waxing , pedicures. Mommie gives a mean message!
Okay, I had posted a review then deleted it, why? Because after about a week with my nails they started to chip at the cuticle & break away underneath. That shouldn't happen with a pink gel fill-in. I had gone to this location when it was River Nails for a long while until the owner did me wrong, when I had done allot for her & her clients. She was very disorganized & didn't know how to break down her time & we wait times vs appt times. I would let others go ahead of me when they were in a hurry, or waited mid treatment, so she could get another client going again in a hurry. While we are all in a hurry these days, nails are supposed to be relaxing. If ur in a hurry, in my opinion then make an appt. Appts should go 1st before b4 walk-ins, again why? They took the Xtra step to "make" said appt.
Anyway, one "appt" day I needed for Helen to be ontime or at best close to my appt time, (15+mins) & apparently a walk-in was already waiting 20mins got upset when I said well my appt is... This wasn't the walk-ins fault, it was the owner for saying the wait time would be approx 20mins, KNOWING I was coming in after she was done with whomever she was working on. The walk-in stormed out, & I explained & reminded her all the times I let others go etc... When she started my nails she excused herself & went to the back & Sake the person who stormed out & told her she was sorry, that "I" could've it should've waited a little bit, help what? She came back to me telling me she felt bad, well yes you should, but this ALWAYS happened there, and I was ALWAYS accommodating until that day I was the one WITH APPT in a hurry. Oops I'm sorry, this is what appts are for, otherwise, YES you wait until... Anyway I found out River Nails was gone & Lavender Nails was in its place. I gave it a shot, it was pleasant, clean & nice, but nice wasn't the results. I was very disappointed HOPING this place would work so close to home for me. It's ALL in the filing, if you don't know how to do gel fill-ins, hint claim to know how, they aren't ez to do & do right. I had a guy in Mineola who was fantastic! I went out of my way to see him & What happened? He moved out of State! I was devastated, & now on the hunt again for my favorite nail tech. Jerry is STILL my back up guy at Five Star Nails, but the salon needs help, especially the smell & individual tools for each customer aren't used, not cool. Anyway I hope Monica gets a little more experience then I'll try her again at this location.
Great place to get your nails done and have the personal touch of massage of hands and at times your back or neck. Very friendly and polite staff.
Spoke to the owner and asked her specifically for a price on what I wanted to have done and walked out with the bill with the bill that was $65 above what She QUOTED spoke to her about it and she said that was the price Extremely unprofessional, distasteful and dishonest! Not sure what happened Here after covid The quality of work was terrible and took almost 4 hours to complete The nails started to break off after only one week of having them done. So I went up the block to J Nails in Freeport They did a wonderful job it only took them 1 hour and it was less than half the price I was charged at Lavander The nails have stayed on 3 weeks and going strong Would NEVER RETURN BUYER BEWARE Funny how the owners only comment back on positive reviews.
I love this place other nail salons don’t take their time and their quality is flawless… glad I found them. Thank you ladies for your great service. My mother and daughter come with me and live the services as well
