Complaints included messed up eyebrows, irregular and messy art in henna tattoos, and improper technique in waxing. These comments indicate a lack of consistency in the salon's service delivery, suggesting a weakness in their skills and attention to detail.
3. Communication issues: A customer mentioned that the salon's staff seemed distant and uncommunicative. They also noted that the employees were gossiping in their native language, which made the customer feel uncomfortable. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE besides messing up my eyebrows they left me with a huge allergic reaction because of their dirty thread. PLEASE BE aware and be careful make sure the ladies are washing their hands & make sure their thread is clean. It was my first time coming to their shop and will be my LAST!!!!
Not my favorite Indian Beauty Parlor in this area but you can usually get the service done without much of a delay and the result is pretty good.
Evenings can get pretty busy, especially before major Holidays, Festivals, etc., so plan accordingly

I would never ever visit again there. I just got very disappointed with their services, while waxing they told me that they are going to do it quickly, they don't have much time for one customer. It seems they are not that professional, who consider customer satisfaction and comfort. The lady who did my eyebrows, she literally bleed my skin. On top of that, they don't know how to communicate with another person, they kind of doing formality only. But I want to say, in any profession in this world, you have to consider your customers, that's it.
I went there for my eyebrows and eyelashes extension. When I was paying, I paid the amount asked for, and tipped them, a small amount that I can afford, and the ladies working there, all talking on their native language about the tips I left. I know, they want and like when people tip them a lot, but you tip whatever you can afford. I don’t think it’s nice and helpful for a business when employees talking about their customers in their language. I don’t think I would go back
I came here to wax my arms. I walk in and a lady asks what i’m there for, I say wax. She takes me to the wax room and starts to dump wax on me, barely even warmed up. When she would go to put the strip on, she wouldn’t even rub it to get all the wax to stick. She would just slap the strip on and rip. Also, every time she would rip, she would make it so dramatic that it would constantly hit my face. I now have a cut in between my eyebrows because she hit my face so much. The lady knew she was hitting my face, she apologized, and then kept doing it. She also had airpods in the whole time in both ears, on full volume. I could hear what was going on the whole time I was getting waxed, and every time I would try and talk to her, I would have to yell so she could hear over her airpods. Lastly, I made an appointment for full arms and underarms. She finished my arms and I told her that she still needs to do my underarms, and she started giving me an attitude saying, “You never told me. I asked you and you said no.” Which, in fact, she never asked me. After seeing the HORRIBLE job she did on my arms, I did not even want to get my underarms waxed at that moment. She INSISTED I do it there, so I did. Because of her horrible job, instead of the wax pulling the hairs out, it just cut them, which is what I was trying to avoid at all costs because at that point I would have just shaved them. I do a better job than this. This is probably because of the fact that she did not rub the strip on the wax, so instead of grabbing the hair from the root, it grabbed it from the end and cut the hairs instead of pulling them out. I will never be going here again and I will tell everyone I know not to go here. Along with the lady’s attitude, she was disrespectful, and just straight up terrible at her job. I will never ever be coming back here.
We went to get henna on my sister and my hands. At first none of the girls wanted to do it. When she brought a girl. She was rushing with the designs we selected from their book. She ruined my sisters hand with those rough lines and messy art. Absolutely ridiculous. And She charged $25 for that ugly tattoo. Even when I complained and showed her hand .. they didn’t care. My sister washed her hand right away. It was ugly.
The only place I go to for eyebrows, been going there 18 years!
