Gel was 2 coats and when the hairdresser-turned-manicurist finished, she said "well you can see a few spots of the old blue polish under your pink polish but aside from that, how do they look?" Like she was so proud of herself. Pretty sure one of my nails is infected now also. The salon is nasty old and dirty, couldnt wait to get out wont be back.
I went with my mom and sister to get pedicures for my moms birthday and everyone was so kind and nice. They did a great job on all 3 of our feet. Customer service really means a lot to us and they did a fantastic job. We will be back!

I've been going to DeeDee for about a year now. She does a fantastic job with dip and pedicures! She is a fantastic artist also with design.
DD does an amazing job with my acrylic nails! They are perfection every time! She is the best!
The worst experience at a nail salon and they refused to refund. The first color she used started marbling on my nails and after THREE coats of gel you could still see my nails. I asked for a different color and instead of clearing the polish completely she butchered my nails. I have top coat all over my fingertips, you can still see spots of the original color, and there is chunks of polish underneath the new coat. The manager told me not to worry because the top coat will wash off in the shower. Never knew a service you paid for that has to be completed at home.

Not to mention the place is falling apart: the bathroom is disgusting, along with the sink you wash your hands in. The nail light kept going out every 10 seconds and had to restart, and the cheap painter they used painted over their electrical wall plates.
Shows how much the owner cares about his establishment. Can’t even fix his paper towel dispenser in a bathroom in over a year.
I had a friend go here the day before her wedding. Her nails looked alright, but one already chipped on the morning of (they were only short nails)...so I took her in on wedding day to fix them up and waited a very long time to speak to someone. Once the lady finally comes up front she has nothing but a bad attitude, very unwelcoming. I sat in the lounge area as I waited for her nail to get fixed. 3 other customers came in waiting..AND WAITING. They lady finally came and gave them an attitude too. It's a shame because the inside looks very cute. Don't think I'd waste my money here.
