I haven't had an issue as of yet. My mother has been going there for years as well with no issues and we both are "picky" people.
Just be advised that Peter and Hannah are the most requested as they do the best nails. With that being said it can be a bit of a wait.
Pedicure was fine. Acrylic was laid fine however the polish was applied very bulky and chipped the very next day.
3 weeks old already and I Definitely have to Say Peter did an Awesome Job !!! No lift no crack NOTHING!! I will be returning.
DO NOT GO HERE they do not clean their tools properly I was left with nail fungus after going to this terrible establishment. Please dont waste your time and money.
These reviews have to be fake... my acrylics came off like press ons within 2 weeks. Around my toes were cut and burned for days and feet looked over all terrible. With no polish my simple pedicure was $35. My short square acrylics with no polish was $50. Everything was horrible and they don't wash the footbaths out before the next customer.
The people that work here are so rude and can barely speak or understand English. I booked two appointments for my daughter and I and we left unsatisfied. The nail work here is poor ! They can’t do anything with if it’s not basic. It’s over priced and no social distancing. I showed pics of what we wanted because they couldn’t understand us. They did our full sets completely different from the pictures. I let the manager know that we didn’t get what we wanted. She was in a rush and didn’t care and kept asking for payment.
This is not a good place. They are not socially distancing from other while doing nails. They do not wipe down the chair being used for pedicures. They speak terrible to their customers. The refuse to do regular nail polish because they do not want people at the drying station. However, using Gel polish is more expensive. They don't tell you until after you have waited an hour for your appointment.
STOP SUPPORTING THIS NAIL SALON! They will refuse anybody service if they feel like it lying saying “your too picky” when really they just don’t want too! Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been supporting & putting money into THEY pockets & salon! I have been a loyal customer to this salon for the past 5 years. They refused my service due to them getting mad because I stopped going to them because I didn’t want to take MY nails off for me to get a full set! Mind you that’s what I was paying them for! When I went back after 2 months of not going he told he was NOT doing my nails! This place is does a good job but is BEYOND disrespectful & unprofessional!!!!. I WILL be filing a complaint with the state board! Take your hard working money elsewhere!
