If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been so disappointed. They were done sloppy, not filed all the way, one of my nails Is
crooked, none are the same size. There was polish all around my nails. They were continuing to take walk ins when they were clearly overwhelmed. They were rushing the entire time. The staff was extremely rude. Once they were done and I told the nail tech she said they looked fine! She then tried to overcharge me and expected a tip when I told her I didn't like the way they looked. Do not waste your money here. So many other places to go to and I wish I would have.
Went with a friend to get a full set. The nails themselves are not awful but the paint and design for both of us was just awful and need completely redone. Even when we mentioned what needed fixed they ignored it and continued. Definitely will not be returning.
Leo did a great job on my nails. Mimi did my pedicure and cut my cuticles too close on 2 toes. She tried telling me it's because they were sensitive! When I flinched and said ow, that should of told her she was hurting me. She couldn't get them to stop bleeding! Also, place needs a major cleaning.
I wanted ombrè and I always get my nails short. They were horrible! I had to tell her that I changes to cat eyes and they were still terrible! I had to come home and fix them. Wayyy to rushed
I came in for a scheduled mani/pedi, they took me 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. A girl with blonde hair did my pedicure amazingly, she asked if certain actions hurt my toes but everything was fine. She even helped me pick a nail color because I was indecisive. The hot towel followed by a leg and foot massage was so relaxing. I was taken to get my nails done by Randy, a friendly tattooed man. He made conversation and did the nail design I asked for. I rarely get my nails done so it was a nice treat, and they did it so well
they were rough i was clipped and the shapes and length of my nails were not the same when i asked them to correct it the took my hands back aggressively and didn't even fix the issue was not worth my $55 will not go back and took them 1hour and 30 min to do
I was confused on where the guy told me to go because he didn’t take me he just said go sit there and after he walked me to the seat because I didn’t know where he kept pointing and My back was to him he mimicked with his arms how I was pointing and quietly saying what I was under his breath and a kind lady waiting next to me seen and heard it and let me know what he did. Then I said no gel I want regular polish and he was mumbling under his breath about me not doing gel and going on and on complaining about my choice . He also rushed through the presses and hurt my nails.
If i could give 0 stars i would My daughter got acrylic nails here and the next day the snapped. Within a week all the nails had fallen off and they didn't even look good to begin with. Then I wanted to take both my daughters and one friend for a pedicure. This was only place around that can accommodate more than one at a time. We all got gel polish. I had to ask for them to remove polish off my daughters and her friends feet. It was all over their skin. Gel polish last forever right? Wrong same day it was chipping. HHORRIBLE. SERVICE
