Quick Facts About Caraland

Caraland place, as described in the comments, has both strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, one of the most commonly mentioned positive aspects of Caraland place is the affordable price of haircuts. Many commenters appreciate that this salon offers reasonably priced haircuts, especially compared to more expensive establishments. This affordability is particularly appealing to people who are looking for a simple cut or are trying to avoid spending a large amount of money at a barbershop. The fact that Caraland place offers a cheaper option can attract a wide range of customers who are looking for a budget-friendly haircut.
Another strength of Caraland place, as mentioned by several commenters, is the skill and talent of the stylist, Juju. Many customers were highly satisfied with the haircuts they received, commenting on how Juju was able to achieve the look they desired, even with just a picture as a reference. Juju's ability to understand and deliver what the customers want is seen as a positive aspect of Caraland place. Additionally, there are positive remarks about Juju's friendly demeanor and easy to talk to nature. This can add to the overall pleasant experience of getting a haircut at Caraland place.
Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned as a strength of Caraland place. Commenters appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the salon, indicating that it added to the overall positive experience. A clean environment not only ensures a hygienic experience for customers but also contributes to a sense of professionalism and attention to detail.
On the other hand, there are also weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One commonly mentioned weakness is the discrepancy in pricing between men and women. One commenter noted that while men are charged half the price, women are charged a higher fee. This discrepancy in pricing based on gender is seen as unfair and leads to a feeling of being discriminated against. Customers would prefer a universal fee that applies to all customers regardless of gender. This weakness in pricing equality can deter potential customers, especially those who value fairness and equal treatment.
There are also complaints about the service provided to women. Some commenters expressed dissatisfaction with their haircut experience, stating that they received a dry haircut without any wash, shampoo, or conditioner. Leaving with wet hair and no product usage was also mentioned as a negative experience. These complaints highlight a lack of attention to detail and a subpar service for women. These weaknesses can be off-putting to potential customers, especially those who value a comprehensive and satisfactory hairdressing experience.
Another weakness worth mentioning is the perception that the pricing is influenced by a person's appearance. One commenter felt like they were charged more based on how they looked rather than a standardized fee for everyone. This perception adds to the feeling of being deceived or duped and raises concerns about fairness and transparency in pricing.
In conclusion, Caraland place has strengths such as affordable pricing, skilled stylists, and a clean environment. However, it also has weaknesses, including a discrepancy in pricing based on gender, subpar service for women, and the perception of pricing based on appearance. These strengths and weaknesses should be taken into consideration when evaluating Caraland place as a choice for a haircut.

Best TL Reviews

the lady is polite, clean, and nice place over all. i will say that this place is better for guys and kids. My first experience here as a lady was good. She left my hair looking beautiful. But today, she just cut my hair in less than 14 minutes(same time she spent on a guy before me). I left with a dry, horrible looking hair. She charged me $40 for something. But for guys, she charges half price. for the same time and effort.
Although Juju was all that everyone reviewed my only issues are:
• price increase noted i($40.00) in review posted 7 months ago however in the newest post from 3 months ago a client is gushing over the price ($20.00) which leads to me to wonder how and who are being up-charged to the new non universal "fee"...I was a brand new client (as was the ($20 post) and had a DRY hair cut - no wash - shampoo or conditioner and I left with my hair wet and no product used at all. It feels as though the sliding scale appears to be based on how a person "looks" rather than one fee for all. I made & own the mistake of not inquiring service fees PRIOR to sitting in the chair however I based this on the most recently posted review...sadly I didn't scroll down to read further.
In the end it troubles me that people think they can look at a person to know what they can afford rather than keeping one price to all customers . Appearances in most cases are always deceiving!
Note to self do not wear items that give the impression I am made of money! In this economy only the rich got richer....buyer beware, ASK FIRST for pricing to ensure you are being treated equitably!!!
Juju was very nice but it's a most unpleasant walk away, feeling I was deceived or duped...!
First and foremost, this is one of the most reasonably priced haircuts I've found. That matters for a lot of the people trying not to spend $35+ on one of those throwback barbershops, or have a pretty simple cut in mind. Secondly, JuJu is great. Very friendly, and works quickly. I'd definitely recommend the shop if you're in the area.
I went to this place for a haircut. Juju is really good. She did a great job with my hair after what I showed her in a picture. The place was clean and had a lot of plants( good vibes ). The price for me was $20 which is quite reasonable.
Loved going to see Juju yesterday! Called ahead and she quickly answered that she'd be available and gave me a time to come in. I was in-and-out within 30minutes. Showed her photos of what I wanted, she understood my fluffy curly Asian hair, and went to work. She did up her prices for women's haircut ($40) but I would happily pay the price (given increased cost for supplies, her increased rent, etc.)
Great first experience getting a haircut! Will definitely be back. Friendly conversation as well with Ju Ju.
Best haircut in the tristate area— believe me I’ve looked! Juju makes me look good (hard to do). The price can’t be beat. I wanted to keep her skills a secret for my own benefit, but the secret is out!
Juju is the BEST! Nicest lady I’ve ever met. So easy to talk to and gives amazing haircuts. She does such a great job my boyfriend even started to come to her. 100% recommend!
