Worst nails/service I have ever received. Just wanted short & square acrylics with white gel polish. The paint job looks horrible, and the application of the acrylic powder was sloppy. Left the salon to go home and tidy them myself. Lady was very rude and rushed, all she cared about was the $$$. No pampering was given, they did not do any cuticle care and no filing. The sanitation of the salon is DISGUSTING! As soon as I sat down and saw the station, I should’ve walked out. Sadly chose this place to pamper myself due to everywhere else being closed. My mistake, will most definitely be going to TS Nails from now on. Better service and greater care there!

After trying several local nail places, I found Mimi at City nails and have never had to look around again. Mimi is so sweet, she does an amazing job on my nails every single time, she is also quick which is amazing for me! I always get exactly what I want and my nails last for a while. Even if there’s a few people ahead of me, she gets me in on a timely manner! Highly recommend for all of your nail needs ☺️

She was very rude! She stayed on a phone call the whole time I was getting my nails done an as well as the lady that i went there with. she also had one lady in front of us an she did the same to her as well. She cut me numerous times even when I was telling her to be careful. I showed her what I wanted 4 different times an she still didn't do what I wanted she just dipped them the all the same colors. Also her electricity went out in the middle of getting my nails done. She did NO cuticle trimming, nail shape other than what my nails was already shaped like. She charged me $40 dollars an couldn't even put clear coat on top of my nails after she was finished. Will not be going back here!!!!!! I went on March 25, 2023! Also if you weigh more than 175 pounds you cannot get a pedicure she has this sign up Inside her salon!!!!!!

I have been a customer for 20 plus years. I am always satisfied with service. The salon is always clean and comfortable. Sometimes the wait is long if walk in but that is to be expected.

She did a great job on my nails, but she had no help,so she was going back and forth between customers.

I wanted a fall color with leopard print on two of my fingers and the rest a base color, then after I had payed her the money I was getting my nails painted and she told my boyfriend she needed 10 more dollars because she was wrong on her math, then told me “big boy pay” and that was really rude for someone to say. I showed her the picture and she continues to mess them up. Pictures are below
