I went to get a pedicure. I waited an hour before I was seated in a pedicure chair and then I waited another hour with my feet in the basin- that turned cold from the wait. I ended up with an older woman who pleasant and did a nice job. My daughter got a full set of nails. They were shaped nice however the man that did her nails messed up the polish on 2 of them and did a not-so-good job fixing them. I went back in to tell them about her nails. The man never made eye contact and pointed my daughter to the woman who originally helped me. I was polite so I found this behavior to be unwarranted and unprofessional. The man said something to her in Chinese and she looked at me and laughed. I felt totally disrespected and that my business was taken for granted. I would give them 0 stars however that is not an option. Good luck.
