This place deserves half a star due to their inexperience and lack of accountability. I went here on 2/14/23 and paid for a gel manicure and reg. pedicure as a treat to myself. Although there were not many clients at that time, the staff proceeded to rush on my nails; including improper cleaning of my cuticles. By 2/17/23 some of my gel nails were starting to peel and I noticed an ingrown nail that had been missed on both of my pinky toes. I finally went back on 2/27/23 to inform the staff of their mistakes and was basically given the cold shoulder AND there was no sense of urgency to fix the mistakes. Never again.

Allowed for an appointment- and VERY Gracious that we were 30 min. late! Busy with walking, but got my Mother- in Law right in! Treated her like family! Did a Beautiful pedi/mani!! She loves going there!

Not quality work, not to mention the guy at the front will charge you whatever he feels necessary. This is what i walked out with. More than half my toenail gone a a muddy mess of gel polish. Not to mention they charged me $60 for this.

Everyone here is friendly and they do a great job. Especially Lynn and T. BTW, they have always changed gloves between appointments and people dispute that review I read. I've been a customer for 3 plus years and will continue to use their great services!

The guy that always takes your payment is not only rude but he will also rip you off!! I went with friends this morning for a Saturday girl day getting pedicures. We had appointments when they opened. I received a Deluxe Pedicure with gel polish. When we went to sit in our chairs, I notice they don’t use liners for the pedicure bowl. They literally just rinse them out! None of the supplies used come out of a sanitized package. They don’t change gloves between people or even when picking up trash. Then I go to check out and this guy tells me $50. I give my card and he quickly gives me my receipt. I looked before leaving and he charged me an additional $10!!! I added tip so my total went from $55 to $65!!! When I questioned him he said it was right. $35 for Deluxe Pedicure + $15 for Gel Polish is $50 (which is what he told me but then charged me $60)! This is not the first incident where he’s stiffed me but it WILL be the LAST! I wouldn’t recommend this unsanitary rip off place to anyone!

My daughter has had her big toe infected and gotten worse for at least a month or longer....I am not sure if they used clean equipment or just cut too short either way poor service and will never go back! I deserve money back!!

This place was referred to me by a friend that has been here. She told me she had a great experience and I wish I could say the same for myself. I called ahead of time to set up an appointment and get the price of my gel fill in. They told me it would be $35 and I set up the appointment. Upon arriving, they were very nice and helpful. While I was getting my nails done, I was handled very rough and there was no time put into the work that was done. I got one line of white put on each of my nails and the job was sloppy. Each line was crooked and she did not seem to care that it was. When she was finished, i went to pay and she charged me $15 extra dollars. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back here. Definitely a waste of time and money. Good thing nails only last 2 weeks...
