My mother, grandmother and I went here on my birthday. I asked for black tips and orange strip underneath for Halloween I was ignored. The lady doing my pedicure was so rough she cut my foot. They didn't get my grandmother's ingrown toenail after she asked 4 times and my manicure started clipping the next day. We felt like we were being rushed out and needless to say they ruined my birthday. Won't be returning
I liked that they filed 3 times just to make sure they were done right. They also did a great job on color match, with the picture I showed them. I will be a returning customer.
It was great I just went at the wrong time … when they were about to close and I felt like it was rushed .
Today was my second time at this location. The first time the gentleman that did my nails was hurting my nail with the drilling device and I pointed it out. He acknowledged it and stopped. The nails are polished nicely during this setting. Today the same man was doing them and, three times I notified him, that he was hurting me. On the third time he stated that he didn’t know why it was hurting because he wasn’t doing anything different. There was another staff member there that witnessed this and they spoke about it briefly. After which he stood up and she proceeded to do my nails. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she indicated she could achieve the look. So when she started to use the silver polish I immediately noticed it looked gold and I mentioned it to her. She told me, “no, it’s silver” and it was clearly gold. And I told her more than once, this polish looks gold, it doesn’t match the silver on the adjacent nail with the design. The last time I pointed this out was at the “checkout” counter, where she then said, “ ok, sit over there and I will fix it.” This was too much talking and convincing for me. I AM the customer and it is what I WANT.. If you cannot do what is being asked of you, make that known to me as the customer and I can then make another selection. But it’s insulting and unprofessional for you as the service provider to try to convince me that I can’t believe my lying eyes. I suggest this service provider be more cognizant of the customers requests and concerns as you’re doing their nails. If the customer is proactive indicating something isn’t right, listen to them and try to resolve it immediately. Don’t make them ask you over and over again. Customers want to walk out of your shop knowing they are pleased with the final outcome of their salon experience and this location failed to meet my expectations.
Took their time and gave me exactly what I wanted! This is definitely my new nail shop!!
Customer service isn't the best. But the lady did a pretty decent job on my nails, so I'll go back Lol
