Quick Facts About Cookies

Cookies place has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. One of the main strengths is the cleanliness of the cafe. The comments consistently mention how clean the premises are, which is important in creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, the staff receive praise for their friendliness and politeness, which contributes to the overall positive atmosphere of the cafe. The quick service is also mentioned as a strength, with customers commenting on the efficiency of the staff even during busy times.
The quality of the food is consistently praised in the comments. Customers mention the deliciousness of the cooked breakfast, with specific mentions of perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon. The portion sizes are also mentioned positively, with customers often getting more than they expected. There is also a children's menu available, which is seen as a strength for families looking for a place to eat.
The cafe's ability to accommodate different dietary preferences is also mentioned as a strength. Customers are able to order a full breakfast even after 1pm, which is unusual and appreciated. The range of food options, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, is seen as a positive aspect of the menu. Additionally, the cafe offers a good selection of drinks, with positive mentions of the coffee and the milkshakes.
Cookies place also benefits from its location in Blackpool. Customers mention that it is a popular choice when visiting the area, indicating that it has built a strong reputation over time. The fact that the cafe is often busy is seen as a positive sign by customers, as it signifies that the food and service are consistently good.
However, there are also some weaknesses that should be addressed. One recurring issue is the pricing. Multiple comments mention that the cafe is on the pricey side, which may deter some customers, particularly those on a tight budget. While the quality of the food is praised, the higher prices may limit the cafe's appeal to a wider audience.
Another weakness mentioned is the accessibility of the toilets. While the cafe is wheelchair accessible, the toilets are located up a flight of stairs. This may pose a challenge for customers with mobility issues, and it would be beneficial for the cafe to provide an alternative solution, such as a disability-friendly toilet on the ground floor.
In conclusion, Cookies place has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. The cleanliness, quality of food, friendly staff, and quick service are all mentioned as positives by customers. However, there are also weaknesses to consider, including the higher prices and the lack of accessible toilets. Overall, Cookies place seems to be a highly recommended cafe in Blackpool, with many customers expressing their intention to return.

When we visit Blackpool we tend to lunch in Cookies.
Lovely clean cafe with good food and service.
We were able to order a full breakfast even though it was after 1pm because they weren't too busy (due to it being a very a cold January afternoon)
Everything cooked spot on (should have baked beans on it too but neither of us wanted them).
They do a good coffee too but we had tea this time.
A little on the pricey side but very enjoyable.
They do a children's menu also.
Wheelchairs can get inside the cafe but the toilets are up a big flight of stairs.
We'll be back for sure.
The food was lovely and so were the staff. Highly recommended. Cooked breakfast and my egg was perfect.
Just be aware the toilets are up a flight of stairs but there is a handrail.
Always eat here when visiting Blackpool. Food is always fantastic. Good quality. Prices may seem high to some but worth it for the good quality food. Service is always quick. There are a lot of tables that are positioned close together so a little any when busy but it's great to see the place busy whenever we visit.
Was looking for somewhere to get a coffee when we arrived in Blackpool and the vast amount of shops that were closed (either due to the season or family reproductive cycle). Quick search on Google maps brought up various places, but thankfully we found this place first. Ordered a Late, Peppermint Hot Chocolate and two toasted tea cakes. Very polite staff, clean premises. You weren't made to feel like you had to drink up and get out and we're allowed to bait and chill. I can see this place being brilliant for day tripping families for them to sit eat and get warm. The staff are Uber polite and cannot do enough for you. So please ignore Starbucks & Costa who are just autonomous places who want you in and out and go to a place that cares about you. Keep up the good work Cookies
