5. Cosy atmosphere: The interior of Cosy Time is described as beautiful and cosy. This contributes to creating a warm and inviting environment for customers, encouraging them to stay longer and feel comfortable.

1. Slow service: One comment mentions that the service was a bit slow. While the staff is described as friendly, the slowness of service may be a downside for customers who prefer quicker service, especially during busy times.
2. Limited seating during peak hours: Another comment highlights that the café was very busy on a Saturday, indicating that finding seating may be a challenge during peak hours. This can be a deterrent for customers who value a more relaxed and spacious environment.
3. Lack of variety: Although the food at Cosy Time is praised as being delicious, there is a mention that the café offers mainly snacks and sandwiches. This could be a weakness for customers looking for a wider range of options, such as full meals or more diverse cuisine.
4. Not suitable for repeat visits: One comment suggests that they wouldn't come back, but this is due to not living in York. While this may not be a significant weakness, it indicates that the café may not have enough unique or diverse offerings to attract repeat customers from outside the local area.
In conclusion, Cosy Time has several key strengths including friendly staff, a dog-friendly environment, excellent food and drinks, reasonable prices, a cosy atmosphere, a good location, and outdoor seating. However, there are also some weaknesses such as slow service, limited seating during peak hours, a potential lack of variety in the menu, and a potential lack of unique offerings for potential repeat customers. Overall, the strengths of Cosy Time outweigh the weaknesses, making it a recommended place to visit in York.

Nice brunch, prices okay, service was a bit slow but pleasant. I probably wouldn’t come again, but that’s because I don’t live in York! I would recommend.
