I came to this shop based on its 4.5 stars review on Google. Came in to get my nails reshaped & polished, she did great! I loved my nails, however I had to come back the very next day because my no chip polish had chipped. They fixed my one nail free of charge… but here it is exactly one week from the date I first visited them and all my polish has chipped. $40 down the drain!

Went in today for the second time ever for a 2pm appointment.. at 2:45 the owner told me ill get to you soon. When I first walked in I realized they had either overbooked or taken walk ins .. the owner answered the phone and told more people to come in.. I couldn’t believe it.. it’s clear they are money hungry.. last time I was there they charged me $80 .. I was surprised but I didn’t say anything.. then I found out that they charge different people different prices.. I can’t believe how unprofessional the owner is.. not to mention she has her young daughter maybe 5 years old.. with her every time.. sitting in that salon for god knows how long.. everybody thinks it’s cute and laughs at her being a kid but for me this is very unhealthy for the kid to be inhaling those fumes all day.. I found a nail salon in Alsip with less reviews .. who did my nails better than Crown for $50.. do not visit Crown nails.. and if my review doesn’t change your mind then hopefully the young girl being endangered will.

Rachel I hope you see this and get that child out of there at the least! Before someone reports you to child services .. and you should be ashamed of yourself !

This is the BEST nail salon I've ever been to, and I've been getting manicures consistently for 20 years! Rachel and staff are very friendly and helpful and excellent at what they do. My pink white ombre dip powder nails consistently get me compliments! I've been a customer for 2 years now and will stick with them forever!

I've been to so many salons ... Everywhere. This place is a gem. Rachel is seriously the best. I love coming here. You need book an appointment in advance. You can also use quick pay with Zelle which is amazing. In my pictures below, I had a gentleman do my cat eye nails. I'm obsessed with this blue! Prices are reasonable!

The best quality products for THIN powder dip nails! Look & feel natural, stay strong & beautiful until your next visit. I support FAMILY owned businesses, which this is. Rachel & Jacob, husband and wife are wonderful artists and I have a hard time choosing who to book appts. with. Other staff is small, family or long time co-workers so ANYONE you book with will take excellent care of you! I have gone here for over 3 years and recommend to all. Every time my nails get a compliment I tell them where to go. ???? NAILS!

Please do not book here! They give different prices to different people for the exact same service. I discovered I was being overcharged. Some of the nails technicians are terrible at their job! Dip powder is bulky, lumpy, fat and uneven. Find better salon!

Good service & very clean. They make you wash your hands before and after the manicure. Highly recommend their dip manicure!

1st time at this Nail Salon and I'm so glad I tried them. I was looking for something I had on and they didn't have what I was looking for, They tried 3 different colors until I was satisfied. I am booking my next appointment already. It is a cute a little place.
