2. Convenience: Some customers mentioned that they chose Barbers 78 Place because it was conveniently located near their homes. The location made it easy for them to access the shop for their regular haircuts.
3. Good with children: Several customers mentioned that the barbers at Barbers 78 Place were patient and did a great job with their children's haircuts. This is an important strength for parents who want a barber shop that can handle their child's haircut.
4. Clean environment: Some customers appreciated the cleanliness of the barber shop. They noted that it was well-maintained and lacked the loud music often found in other places.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent quality: Several customers mentioned that the quality of haircuts at Barbers 78 Place was inconsistent. Some had great experiences with certain barbers while others had subpar haircuts. This inconsistency can be a weakness as it suggests a lack of quality control or training among the barbers.
2. Language barrier: One customer commented that their barber did not speak English well or at all. This communication barrier can make it difficult for customers to effectively communicate their desired haircut and can result in misunderstandings and unsatisfactory results.
3. High price: Some customers felt that the prices at Barbers 78 Place were too high for the quality of the haircuts. They compared the basic clipper cuts to the price and felt that it was not worth the cost. This perception of high prices can deter potential customers from choosing the shop.
4. Lack of professionalism: One customer had a negative experience where their barber was playing a video game on their phone instead of focusing on the haircut. This lack of professionalism can create a negative impression of the shop and its barbers.
5. Lack of expertise: One customer mentioned that their barber struggled with a specific haircut style and gave them an uneven and unsatisfactory haircut. This lack of expertise can be a weakness, as customers want to have confidence in their barber's ability to deliver the desired haircut.
6. Subpar customer service: One customer felt disrespected and put off by the barber's attitude and excuses for their subpar haircut. This negative customer service experience can discourage customers from returning and can harm the shop's reputation.
In summary, Barbers 78 Place has strengths in terms of professionalism, convenience, and good service for children. However, it has weaknesses in terms of inconsistent quality, language barrier, high prices, lack of professionalism and expertise, and subpar customer service. These weaknesses can impact customer satisfaction and deter potential customers from choosing this barber shop.

Decent haircut. 25.00 seemed kinda high for a barber shop. Basic Clipper cut and a few snips with scissors...
Not sure my barber spoke English????
He didn't have an answer when I said hello, how are you doing ..but he was very talkative with his Spanish speaking partners ....the no English doesn't bother me if this is the case ...but for 25.00 and not a Great haircut I'll go elsewhere..
I went Yesterday to get my hair cut and beard trimmed for the first time since quarantine started, Gabe was amazing and extremely professional! I was able to reach out on my way in so he had a chair ready as I walked through the door, it was a great experience! Can’t wait for the next one!
This place is the Real Barber shop! Every single on of them is an amazing Barber, My two favorite ones are Jose and Emma. Go to this place if you want a real hair cut! You wont regret it! You can either walk in or call to set an appointment! It gets very full after 11am, so go early!
I've been to this place 4-5 times over the last few months with results all over the place. It really depends on who your barber is. I had one fantastic and everything else was just bleh. I went back because it was convenient.
Yesterday's experience made me walk out. The guy walks me back and as I it in his chair he's checking his phone. I figure he's just receiving or sending a quick text., but as I wait and wait I realize...no, he's playing a video game!
I sit there a little while longer wondering how much of my cool to loose and he's still going. As I walk out he says "man, I got you."
No you don't
Went here on a day that I could not get in with my regular barber across town, and I regretted it! I told the barber I wanted a high fade with a combover on the top. This barber spent an hour chewing hair off the sides and back of my head with a pair of clippers that was not sharp enough. He kept telling me because I get fades all the time it makes it harder for the clippers to cut my hair. That made no sense to me. I know three barbers that do fades on my hair no problem, and have been for years.
He irritated my skin with the constant friction of his clippers going over the back of my head while I watched people come in, get their hair cut, pay and leave, and I’m still being worked on. Finally he gave up and sent me home with excuses, telling me that I just get fades too often and this was the best he could do...which turned out to be very uneven. I went home later that day to have my wife tell me her opinion and she pointed out the stroke lines of the clippers where the barber didn’t even bother to blend the lines.
I felt put off and disrespected, and I felt like if I were a more regular customer, I would have been treated with different standards.
A barber should do a great job the first time. And if they can’t commit to a cut they said they could do, they should be honest about it instead of telling me that it’s my fault you, as a barber, didn’t know how to do a fade.
I drive an hour for a haircut now because I cannot rely on this shop, which is just a mile from my house. It is disappointing. The place that’s an hour away does my fade without a single problem, and does it with a smile, not excuses! I will not be returning.
Damian greeted me with a professional demeanor and welcoming smile great experience best haircut I have ever had will be back with my younger sons they are amazing this was a great choice! Damian is a true asset! Welcome to the family lol
They do a great job with my toddler. They are very patient with him and they do a great job. Barbershop is clean and there’s no loud music like other places.
Explained to barber 3 times not to take so much off my son's hair & he basically butchered his hair plus left scratches on his neck. He's 4 btw! Guessing he's a newbie. Other barber did ok with my older son, but definitely not professionals! Would not recommend nor com back & we live a few blocks away. Prices seem high as well kids cuts $16...cheaper at salons and professional work is performed. It's apparent what type of cuts they give & if you're not into that kinda stuff stay away
