I frequent this nail salon because there is a nail tech named Tiffany who gives one of the best pedicures I have ever had in my life. She is very thorough and does not rush on your service. She is definitely a 5 star technician.
Tyrone is the best! Everyone is super friendly. They gave each customer a Christmas gift. This is where I go when I cheat on my nail tech ????
Now, one thing I don’t mind is paying for great service but this nail salon rips people off, , very rude, don’t greet at the door, never go to the guy who sits at chair 3 he is younger looking and his service is bad, he kicked me out the nail salon for trying to charge me 60 plus for a fill in. Previous I asked for a price book they didn’t have one , later I asked why 60 when the board said 40 , he proceeded to create his own prices and began to stumble over his words once he was caught in his lie. Do not spend your money here you can find phenomenal service else where .
I just left this place and someone stole money out purse while I was washing my nails and the nail people wouldn’t help me or watch the cameras or anything super ghetto and unprofessional on there part. As I come here frequently

Very nice place and they do very nice work. They listen and I get compliments on my nails all the time. I get the gel polish which last three weeks with no chipping.
AWFUL SERVICE
I visited this nail shop today with my male friend for a gel manicure and pedicure only after my normal one was closed. We were serviced quickly but when we were serviced the man who serviced me was extremely RUDE, very rough and rushed through my gel nails.
He then proceeded to rush me to pay without allowing me to review my nails, I mentioned I was also getting a pedicure as well(i had written this down when i signed in) he loudly sighed but prepared the bowl. The person who did my pedicure never even spoke.
My male friend wanted to get an acrylic overlay but the woman helping him made him feel like he was doing a taboo thing or breaking a rule, she began asking me questions about his nails and what he wanted. I stated she should be acknowledging him not me. He was so embarrassed, it’s 2022 for goodness sake, he should be able to get his nails done without feeling ashamed of wanting color.
In general their customer service is AWFUL
I normally enjoy the salon. I have gone to the location numerous times for a pedicure. There was a customer that brought children into the location. She was screaming at them to sit down and they were doing whatever they wanted. I have nothing against children but they should not be using the nail salon as a playground.
