I’m visiting my daughter here in Plattsburgh and desperately needed a good cut for my short hair. Cut Loose had good reviews so I made an appointment. Kristy cut my hair and did a great job! She was friendly and asked questions about what I wanted and didn’t want. I appreciated that. When in Plattsburgh again, I would love her to cut my hair again.
I went to the lovely woman Christie there yesterday and she cut, colored and styled my hair exactly as I wanted it and then some. She did such a perfect job! I couldn’t be happier with the women that work here! Highly recommend!???????????? (very reasonable prices as well!!!)

Love this salon and their amazing stylist Jessica. If you are looking for a great pixie, undercut or other short hair style- look no further she can do anything with short cuts & styles!. I always search for reviews for short haircuts and wanted to write for others in search of short hair perfection. I was here for several weeks and needed a short hair rescue-I was able to get in quickly & Jessica listened to what I wanted made some great suggestions each step of the way. I walked out of the salon with an amazing style that I love and I can actually do myself!! Everyone there is friendly, the salon is cute, it even has a little kids area and fair prices in this economy is so appreciated. I have been trying to get this haircut since I was in middle school and every place that I have gone has not gotten the idea of my style right, until now. It was the best time and experience I have had the girls definitely love to talk and make sure your in the conversation. The haircut is amazing and it really makes my smile come out.
Jennifer has been doing my hair for years. She is wonderful. The whole staff are wonderful, caring, always friendly to all that come through the door.
Sign says walk-ins welcome. Got there at 4 p.m. to get my haircut. I was told that they couldn't do and to make an appointment. I went to another shop and got my haircut that day. I won't ever go back.
I brought my elderly client in for for both a haircut and a perm. Her appointment was with the owner, Ms. K! She was great. She was very patient and kind. She met us at the door and helped us in. She was consistently making sure that my client was comfortable and she explained every step of the way what she was doing. Which was vital for my client to be comfortable. The salon was very well decorated and extremely clean. They had music playing in the background. Overall, it was an amazing experience for both myself and my client! She had a haircut and a perm and my clients hair turned out great! She’s so happy! She said that she feels 20 years younger! She also mentioned that the respect and consideration that she received was well worth the trip alone! I would definitely recommend! I will be getting my own hair done here in roughly a week and I will definitely be giving another review! ❤️ Cut Loose is a diamond in the rocks for sure!
