Quick Facts About De Nails Place

De Nails Place appears to have both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, the salon seems to excel in providing high-quality pedicures. One customer describes their pedicure as fantastic and expresses a desire to return. Another customer mentions that they regularly visit the salon for pedicures, indicating a level of satisfaction with the service provided. Additionally, the employees are appreciated for their efficiency, as one customer mentions not having to wait for service and another compliments a specific employee named Helen.
Another strength of De Nails Place is its cleanliness. Multiple customers comment on the cleanliness of the salon, with one customer specifically mentioning that everything looked very clean. This is an important factor in a nail salon, as cleanliness and hygiene are crucial for customer satisfaction and safety.
Furthermore, De Nails Place seems to offer a wide variety of options for gel colors, which is appreciated by customers looking for customization. This variety is important for customers who like to have different options to choose from and ensure they can find a color that suits their preferences.
However, the salon has several weaknesses as well, which are highlighted in the negative comments. One of the most concerning issues is the lack of proper sanitation practices. One customer mentions that none of the tools used on them were sanitized before or after their appointment, and another customer notices that the same hot towels are being reused for multiple clients. This is a major red flag as proper sanitation is essential for preventing the spread of infections and diseases.
Additionally, there are multiple complaints regarding the quality of the services provided. One customer had a negative experience with a pedicure, where the employee cut off pieces of skin leading to an infection. Another customer mentions a poor job with their nails, including rough treatment and bleeding cuticles. They also mention that the employee struggled with a specific type of request, resulting in a poor outcome. There is also a mention of an employee neglecting to dry the nails before applying the top coat, causing damage. These comments indicate a lack of attention to detail and inadequate skill level among some employees at De Nails Place.
Price is another area of concern. One customer mentions that the price for a pedicure was $30, which they considered too high for the quality of service they received. This suggests that the salon may be overcharging for subpar services. Additionally, the same customer expresses disappointment in not receiving a leg/foot massage that lasted longer than one minute, which is something they expected for the price they paid.
Overall, De Nails Place has strengths in providing great pedicures, having a clean salon, and accommodating walk-ins. However, the salon has weaknesses in terms of sanitation practices, providing high-quality services, and pricing. The negative comments regarding sanitation, poor service quality, and high prices are concerning and may deter potential customers from visiting the salon in the future.

Fantastic pedicure. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a relaxing and beautiful job.
I had a pedicure done two days ago. The gal who did it cut pieces of the skin off on the sides of my toe (seen in the photo). A few hours later the toe was swollen, red & throbbing, and was draining puss. It hurts a lot. Won't recommend this place.
I went to get my nails done and had initially planned on acrylics. The employees urged me to get gel nails instead. I think the main reason was because it was more convenient to do gel, plus only 1 employee knew how to apply acrylics. The employee treated my nails roughly, filing my cuticles a few times to the point where I bled. The nails itself were poorly painted too. I asked for glitter ombre, assuming it would be easy to do, but the employee messed it up and had made chunks of glitter at the tip. If I wanted my nails like this, I would've asked my 3-year old daughter to do my nails. She once forgot to dry and applied top coat, to which I told her but she didn't care, and ended up ruining my nail. Overall, experience sucked and I will never go back. Regret giving a tip :(
The girls were great..I didn't have to wait for service.. Helen was awesome
I had a really great experience! 3 of us got in for pedis and one Mani. Everything looked very clean. Prices very reasonable! Lots of options for gel colors. My gel nails on my toes lasted 3 weeks before chipping. Ladies were friendly and accommodating. They even have a chair for kids to do pedis, so can't wait to bring my daughter!
Clean able to take most walk ins as soon as possible.
Regularly here for pedicures. Sweet staff
I won't be going back. It was $30 for a very weak pedicure, they did a mediocre job on my nails and did not sanitize anything before or after my appointment. Every tool that was used on me was thrown back into the drawer and I swear they're using the same two hot towels on every client that was coming in for a pedicure.
My expectations for that price are as follows; good sanitation, a nice paint job, a good attempt at removing dead skin from my feet and a leg/foot massage that lasts longer than 1 minute. None of these items were met. I was there for a total of 30 minutes. 15 minutes of that was waiting while me feet soaked in like warm water.
