My experience was always good I always paid no matter what even if it was to work and help out Then Mrs Rita went down in our room yesterday while we was gone and just let herself in with my personal belongings which is very disrespectful and had no reason whatsoever to be in there and my son and I noticed some things was moved but she seen my cat which is a motion support animal and I have papers on her so she had to tell the owner so with all that said I was kicked out and they knew we had no where to go but threw us out on the street like a piece of trash let's not forget calling my son a dope head too also very disrespectful your job is to rent rooms and answer the phones not do what you did NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!

The lady was really nice and I had great service. But our beds were uncomfortable and the room has a very foul oder. Glad I had my stress relief candel with me. If you're in a pinch then go where you have to go. At least you'll have good service
The room was not clean. It had a bad smell. A dirty rag was behind the dresser. There was still food from the previous people in the fridge and the bathroom was full of hair and filthy. We watched the house keeper clean the room beside us with a dry mop.and the manager was steady using foul language and had no respect.
If I could rate this zero I would. Rooms DISGUSTING housekeeping is a joke here. If you are considering staying here I recommend you skip deluxe inn and stay at the Days inn its right next door and is always clean and management is friendly and accommodating.
Miss.Rita is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever had the pleasure to meet.Her and her staff made sure our accommodations were met daily
The only thing I liked about this hotel as that the staff was nice and they accepted dogs for an extra $10 a night. The sheets are from the hotel next door that they didn't want to use. They were stained and the rooms were dirty.
