I’m usually very happy with my nails, this time I am not. I went to get my nails done and the lady that done them was not the lady who usually does them. She made my nails shorter than what I asked for and made them crooked. She then told me that the color I wanted was not a good color. When I told her that she needed to fix them she gave attitude and said “there’s nothing I can do about it, we’re almost done.” She kept huffing and giving attitude about having to do my nails. She still charged full price.
First visit… Wonderful pedicures, nail techs awesome, but shop could use a good dusting. A little disconcerting to see so much dust on shelves (that hold the polishes for selection) and on bottles of less popular colors. Obviously a busy place, as most quality places are, just a friendly reminder that dust can be very off putting.
The woman who did my nails was amazing! She was super sweet, and my nails look better than expected! Everyone was so nice and happy, and the woman I had laughed often and had the best personality! My mom also had hers done; they took their time, and both of our nails look amazing!
My wife and Bonus Daughter were treated awful after I bought them a 100 dollar gift certificate for there. The appointment I swear was for 1230 but they were refused service and scolded because the person said they did not do 1230 appointments. They were treated so rudely they left. I think a refund and an apology would be the right thing for them to do. It was actually an early Christmas Present.

Instead of being professional the man who greets you as you come in was very rude and does not need to have the business they have there. He had several customers to come in or call he was rude to each one of them all he could say was you wait 5 hours!!
I took my daughter's this past Saturday to get their nails done. It was our very first time visiting this business. Both my daughter's had their nails done. One was very happy, the other not so much. Her nails were way too long. I spoke up and asked could they file her nails because she wears contacts and there's no way She can put them in with nails that long. They told her to have a seat with the lady who had done them, and she starts talking loudly and rudely to her. Asking why didn't she speak up earlier.. It will cost more money and will be a long wait . My daughter is 15 and didn't say anything back. So I spoke up and told her we wouldn't be back. I hate this happened. I paid$85 you think someone would have spoke up when they heard this going on . So needless to say, we won't be back .
My 15yr old daughter came to this establishment to get her nails done. The guy did a butchered job and when she tried to say something he became very rude and loud. She's 15 she didn't know how to respond. She was very distraught, and embarrassed. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Especially young women/teenagers. I saw another review similar to mine so I know it's not just us.
