Even if they didn't have the best prices, I would still shop here simply because of the RESPECT that they show everyone who comes in. They're not fake and sugary and they're not rude and apathetic which is what you typically find in local beauty supply stores. But even the one other local store who has great service doesn't have the selection or prices that they have at Diamond.
Diamond beauty supply is a mood. Anytime I’m going to a hair store I’m getting ready for a change. I’m changing my hair style or even looking for a way to spice up my makeup routine or my style. The atmosphere here definitely puts me in a positive mood to do that. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She has even made sure to add to her inventory once I told her I come there to buy items for my own shop. Also, you can’t beat her music selection. 10/10
Great store great wig selection I really enjoyed finding this little hidden gem I spent over $300 the only downside is I was not offered a free sample or a wig cap I went up the street and bought a $50 wig and got some free wig caps, it's important to take care of your customers with little perks if they spend money in your store

They were very warm and welcoming; they also quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for! They also seem very well-stocked (not a lot of empty spaces on the shelves). After asking for a recommendation for a non-flaky styling gel, they quickly led me to a new product that I haven't seen anywhere else before! I was also told they receive new products almost weekly! This is an exciting new place for me to shop for my natural hair needs.

Came from out of town to look at a few beauty supply stores for hair for my daughter's prom. I googled a few that we could start with. Based on the reviews and selection, we chose to stop here first. Very friendly, professional, helpful and patient! The woman who helped us was able to tend to several customers and still ensure customers were taken care of. We found what we were looking for. Thank you for great customer service. I had to leave before I spent more $$ they have lots of products and being the product junkie I am....I left without splurging.
My daughter and I go here all the time. They have great prices and always have the newest products. The customer service is exceptional and everyone is so nice. That’s why I don’t mind spending money there.
