Someone recommended I come see Don for Dip with tips, so glad I did! He's my regular nail guy now. He's the best! I can usually go in a walk-in during the week any day, however there's Saturdays are usually super booked so you're going to need an appointment! They are closed on Sunday.
Tina was great! Was able to accommodate a nail design off a photo. Was very polite and will be back. A very busy nail shop. I would recommend an appointment.$50 for rebase, French and design.
Walked in this morning to have a pedicure. Everyone was very polite and friendly. My toes look amazing. I’m so happy with the service I received. They do their best not to keep people waiting, but sometimes they get a lot of walk-ins on top of appointments. I will definitely stop in again.
After looking at various salons' reviews and pictures, I settled on this nail salon. Pictures from some salons showed messy polish jobs and unattended cuticles. That's NOT what I want or expect.
Nancy took great care of me and did the best massage with lotion that actually felt moisturizing later on. Excellent cuticle care and polish job. I'm definitely going here again!
Nancy and the other girl were friendly, joked around and talked to me.
In some salons, they're on their phones practically the whole time, ignoring their clients.

Great experience! Best pedicure I have had in a very long time. The lady I saw (sorry do not remember her name) took her time and did a great job. Then Don did my nails (dip with tips) and also took his time and listened to what I wanted. I was impressed and will be going back!
I just got home from getting my nails done by Don. I can not believe the time and care he took in doing my nails! I’ve been going to another nail salon and my nails have constantly been cracking and lifting and they never did my cuticles or used lotion on me. Top notch service! (Hoping to get more than 2 1/2 weeks out of them!)
Last time I went the guy was on this phone playing games and kept delaying my nails so he could play. Clearly distracted he knicked me more then once and was rough with my hands. I have tired to go back over better judgement because I love their matte top coat but every time I try to go in that same man tells me they are too busy when there is no one in there. Sounds like he has told a couple other the same thing. He is just rude.
I have been going to Dimension Nails for a little while now and have not had a good experience. In my opinion, I have been a customer; I have showed up to all my appointments on time, made friendly conversation, and tipped well. The last time I was there, the person who was doing my nails was talking bad about one of his customers to me, his staff, and the entire nail salon. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Today I made a nail appointment for 5:30 and he left me a message. I couldn’t really understand what he was saying, but I thought he wanted me to come in at an earlier time. I went in around 4:30 to try and accommodate him and respect his time, but when I walked in, he started laughing at me. The whole nail salon was full and everyone was starring at me. I explained that I couldn’t understand his message and thought he wanted me to come earlier. Him and his staff laughed at me and told me to leave and come back later. He clearly had been talking bad about me (and I don’t even know why) with his staff and all of his customers. It was extremely rude, very embarrassing, and not professional AT ALL. I will not be returning and do not recommend this nail salon to anyone else. There are plenty of other nail salons who are respectful to their customers AND can do your nails well.
