They do a really good job but the last couple of times I've gone there they took me 2 hours after I had an appointment, forgot to put me down in the appointment book after calling them twice to confirm the appointment, or straight up ignored me. You'd have to be very careful with them. I've gone here for years and never had a problem with them until recently.

This was my 3rd visit to this awesome Braidshop! Dira put Fulani braids in my hair today and they are gorgeous!
Love my hair, always pleased with the end results. Ms. Dira is very nice & professional.
I absolutely love Dira... Every time I go which isn't very often because I hate taking braids out lol but when I do go she's always pleasant and kind to me as well as my kids and our hair is always slayed so I recommend her and her team.
I am not a regular customer. But she accepted the day I called to do my hair after seeing the style I wanted. (It was just 7 cornrows). She was nice, patient, and her salon was clean, neat, not noisy. I returned 6 months later and her attitude was much different: It was very difficult to book ( few missed calls) Finally the day of the appointment I called to inform her would be few minutes late. I arrived 10mn late and she told me she has an appointment and left. She never called back. I will not go back
Been getting my hair done here for years. I later called the place, where they told me to text Dira. I texted her, no answer. My mom helped by calling her on her cell as well, and a person who wasn’t Dira said she’ll call us back which im still waiting til even now for a ring. Very disappointed that I have to find another place to get my hair done since they do hair so well, but the service is not the best.
I love coming here to get my hair (knotless) braided! Reasonable price and all the ladies are friendly yet professional.
I do have two business recommendations:
1. Update salon hours of operation on your google business account so customers know when you’re open.
2. Hire a receptionist to handle answering the phone and making appointments on the spot rather than waiting for someone to call customers back/customers doing follow up calls days later.
