I visited the salon for the first time and everyone was amazing. From the front desk staff who greeted me so warmly even though I was super late (yikes, sorry!) my nail tech; Anastasia was so sweet with an impeccable attention to detail. She took her time and made sure I walked away with the perfect Russian gel manicure. Olga made me feel like an absolute baddie after giving me the most amazing highlights. I will never go to another salon after this experience so glad I stumbled upon this salon!
Ruzanna does my color and she does an EXCELLENT JOB!!! she gets exactly what I ask for while maintaining the integrity of my hair. I recommend her to anyone wanting a nice style and a gorgeous color.
Everyone is friendly, professional, I love the selection of music, overall the salon is beautiful & clean. I saved the best for last my colorist “Olga” she was AMAZING! It took me years to nail this specific color and in one visit she made my dreams come true. I would highly recommend this salon, if I could give a 100 stars I would.
I did highlighting, toner and haircut with Karina. I was so excited! I was a little nervous about hair color, but Karina did exact color as I asked her ( not to much and not too little blond). Despite , my hair very thin and can damage very easily, but after toner my hair was shiny and easy to comb (even easier than before highlighting) . I definitely come back to Karina for touch up.
Please don't go!!! If you want to take care of your face and hair!

It is a beauty salon that shows beautiful things on Instagram but the work they give is horrible !!
They damaged my eyebrows and my face and I called them to give me a guarantee and they charged me again! The shape of my eyebrows is horrible and I told them to fix it for me and that I was not going to pay them anymore because I had already paid twice and they did not want to serve me again !!
They are only interested in money and not doing their job well! I told them that I was not the only one complaining about the way and the job poorly done and they did not want to attend to me anymore!
I have to find another place and spend more money because they did not do their job well

I have my own business and I would feel very bad if someone complained about my services, especially when it comes to altering a person's appearance! These people don't care about that and they blamed me for the result!
The Girl is despot! When she receives you, she applies the cream without saying hello and leaves without saying anything! Then come back 20 minutes later! She takes me to the place where she does her eyebrows and talks on the phone all the time! I don't know how at some point I didn't see all that and I ran away!
She is rude and has no sense of customer service!
Such a beautiful salon! I recommend it for your hair and nail needs. I personally have gotten a haircut and balayage done here - which was amazing!

I came to this place with broken damaged hair, I went here hoping it would help me with the best reviews I read online. I asked for root touch up/balayage which is $125 after first wash the lady said she needed to bleach it again for a quick moment because my hair is too dark, I told her can't you just toned it the brass one? cos my hair is very fragile (I saw a lot of broken hair after first wash) in the sink and she went ahead bleach it again, and she didn't mention that I will get charge twice for that.
The other girl offer me a hair treatment for $40 (Olaplex) I said I will take it cos my hair really need it.
After she toned my hair I asked her that I pay for hair treatment, she said she already did (I was like when?) I thought treatment should leave it for at least 10-20 minutes. I definitely feels disappointed.
I paid over $350 plus tips for my ugly hair. Definitely not worth the money and will never go back again.
One day while roaming through Instagram, I got an advertisement about E&D Beauty and how they were doing balayages starting at a set price. (My hair was 1 year+ growth from a previous blonde/caramel balayage—and I wanted to go more blonde from my roots.) I reached out via Instagram DM and they were extremely responsive and transparent. From what my hair looked like prior to what I wanted, they gave me a set price and what that price would consist of. They asked if I wanted to come in the following day and I agreed. I am so glad I trusted them because my hair turned out great, the service was great and the people were so sweet. My assigned stylist was Evelina and she was just a sweetheart! She was gentle, quick and knowledgeable. I have been to other salons that took double the amount of time to do my hair, but she was quick and efficient. They also threw in an extra haircut since I needed it, free of charge. I definitely will be returning to this salon even though my commute was an hour away. Thank you E&D!
