So they don't do refunds you take my money but do exchange only even if it was not open at all, for the ones that also have bad reviews they have a location in the Rosemont area to in the save alot plaza

Great alternative to the BSS in Waterford. It’s Not as big as other locations in West Orlando but I’m happy they have a really decent faux loc, natural hair care products, and wig selection. Prices are reasonable and comparable to the area.
Every time I go to this store, I mean every single time... I get no good service, not acknowledged.. on top of that, the staff gets so annoyed when I ask them any questions. Today, I went in there looking for Clip-in. Most of their products on the shelf has price tag on it but, the one behind the counter "human hair" tho, which I wanted to know the price before I paid for it has not priced. The price they quoted me was $79 but when they scanned it showed $50. They clearly was going to scam me. So, I asked, how are you charging me $29 more than what it's worth? And this guy who is "store manager" don't even speak a word in English is telling me to leave if I don't wanna buy it.
I would give it a 0 ☆ if I could. One lady and two men in the store who has no (0) customer service skills and very RUDE, Disgusting and nasty attitude. I would rather drive 30min and go to Abradel hair store by Waterford than wasting my time at this store. And YES I went to Abradel and spent over $200+ ????.
If I could give a negative star I would. The have a huge TV upfront and watch your every move as if you are automatically a criminal. And its all of them. Extremely rude and racist. But they will continue to act and behave that way as long as African-Americans shop there. Go somewhere else where your not treated like a criminal. I walked out empty handed because they looked and stared at me as if I was stealing. Customer service is horrible.
I came to this store based on the pictures as use bobbi boss braiding hair and they seemed to have a wide variety, however upon entering I seen only #4 and #1b with very limited packs. They did have realistic which is a close second but they were priced at $2.99 or 2.49 per pack which is entirely too much. I will have to stick with the store on alafaya were the same hair is 1.99. Or beauty exchange where it's 3 packs for $5
It is a hit and miss going here and of course I walked out without nothing, but always good customer service.
