This was my second time visiting Eazy Nails Spa. I got a full set with gel polish done last Thursday. Recently my nail ripped off (very easily) so I went back today (1 week later) to replace the acrylic nail.
The male employee worked on the nail repair and I instantly could tell he was not happy about it. I couldn’t recall the nail color & I kept repeating that I couldn’t find the same color. It took several tries before he assisted with finding a color. I was still unsure if this was the correct color but he continued to move forward with it. I noticed as he was repairing my nail that it was quickly done with no base nor top cost before polishing nails only twice.
The nail color is NOT the same as my other nails. I mentioned it to him and he got upset. Another female employee tried to convince me otherwise.
Customer service was terrible. I left without the proper service I should’ve received. And I don’t recommend this location.
This was my second time going in for a pedicure and the nail tech spent about 2 hours working on my nails. They would mess up several times and then act like it was my fault both times. This last time was it for me…. the nail tech was even struggling to do basic things like putting on the toe divider. I was told she was new after it was over and this was also obvious because the entire time she was being given instruction. New is fine, we all have to learn, but someone should have stepped in to help or they could have told me that up front that she was in training. I go to the nail salon as a busy mother to relax….my peace was gone here. When it was all said and done my feet were hurting. I tried my best to be patient and not cause a scene. There was no regard to the fact she was taking long; they just kept staring at me and her and other nail tech were available and free to help. I did ask for someone to assist her and they didn't jump in until the end when she started painting my toes like a 5 yr old…polish was all over the place. When I asked for a discount for the fact that I spent 2 hours in the chair and had to sit through a training session the manager (a male) wouldn't even come talk to me about it personally and would send one of the workers and told me $5 was the only discount that they could give. I truly believe any one else would have caused a scene but I tried to keep it professional with an unprofessional establishment. Customers are definitely not 1st.
Honestly, top five worst nail salon experience. I went here with my sister. I got a manicure and pedicure gel set. My sister got a gel pedicure. We both got gems. They came off both my hands and feet same day and my sisters feet next day. My nail shape was ruined. And I left with a bunch of chipped nails. My nails have not chipped in months. Until I got this
The staff here are very nice and they stay busy, and when you come in they greet and you brings you a bottle of water while you are waiting for the next available staff to do a manicure ???? or pedicure but they work pretty fast but you don't have to wait long but if they are pretty busy they will take the time to ask you could you come back in maybe 45minutes or hour but you can sit and wait your turn to get whatever you have come to get done with your feet and nails
Words cannot express my satisfaction when I went the easy nails in Indian Head Maryland for the first time on Saturday, February 26, 2022 @ 2pm. Kelly and her husband are absolutely AMAZING! I was greeted right way with a smile, I was placed in the pedicure chair as soon as I got there. Her husband did the ABSOLUTE!!!! BEST pedicure I have ever had. He’s gentle, he takes his time and he’s very precise when he shapes you toe nails, I did not guide him through it. It was WONDERFUL! oh and by the way, he’s funny. His wife Kelly, well, she is a gem, beautiful smile, welcoming spirit, cares more about you leaving happy then the money and her shaping is on point. I didn’t have to say a word she shaped my nails PERFECTLY! Her polishing is AMAZING! the polish is from sidewall to sidewall and all the way to the cuticle - NO GAPS!. She too is gentle, she takes her time, she has a strong attention to detail and she’s very picky about her work and it shows in the end. I broke to of m natural nails and I wanted french manicure, she told me she could fix the two broken nails to look like mine, which I keep short and sure enough, when she put two tips on and did whatever she did, they look like my other natural nails. I was AMAZED! and the french is PERFECT! They are very hospitable, the shop is clean and her staff is very professional. I was even offered something to drink. I was treated like I’ve been a client for over 20 years. I’ve found my new nail salon and new tech’s, Kelly and her husband. I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I LOVE this place! Reasonable pricing, clean establishment, good customer service. It's honestly not the fanciest place in town but they have good technicians who do quality work. They meet my fairly simple needs. Gel nail polish.
Staff was very nice! However the nail design was horrible and my nails didn’t last a week! They didn’t even know what an American Manicure was! Would not go back sad because they have great customer service.
My mom and I always enjoy coming here for our pedi.. I have had different techs and what I can say the most is that they do not rush your service.. It doesn’t matter how many people are waiting you are in their chair and they going to take care of you..
