I went there for just a simple manicure and pedicure. The lady (I am not sure if she is the owner) didn't remove any of the cuticle or any dried skin on my toes. All she did was trim the the side of the nails and remove the old polish with the machine, which was somewhat hurtful because it was regular polish not gel, then I was ready for polish. I don't like gel, my nails are very thick and strong. I think I was treated that way because I didn't buy gel, but I don't like it, all I wanted was a nice pedicure for my feet to look nice and clean. She out the colo okay, but the clear coat was awful, she just put it randomly all over the skin and looked worse when it dried. This is the last time I've been here. The finger nails were a bit better but basically the same thing. Just the polish better because it was someone else who did it.
It's not even cheap. $45 dollars for a polish??? Just because I didn't have time to do myself, and I wanted it for an event. I will rather do it myself and save $50 or go somewhere else.

Liked the design but it's not worth it. She made my nails bleed and went way too fast. Left extra gel on my nails. Very biased, let this other customer who just walked in go before my mom and I and we came in 15 min prior. Overall painful and messy experience, would not recommend.
So I'm in love with the owner ALICE. She's sweet LGBTQ friendly. She is amazing I went it with a very grotesque broken nail. It was awful I honestly thought I was going to be turned away because of how bad it was.
I went into the salon and a lot of pain, then left with normal nails. I normally go longer than this but I chose to go shorter even though she was willing to go longer. I also normally do designs but I chose to go with a nude color. The salons was cute. One of the customers decorated the nail salon with hand made decorations. She had been coming here for years.

So sweet and really good work! Have a picture of what you want ready when you walk in and they will help you to find something similar if they can't do the exact, or if they think they can make them even cuter! I said fun spring and this is what I got it's perfect and she was even fast all in all amazing

Wish I could give it zero stars. First off this place only cares about a certain type of customer. There is only one staff member that is polite and cares for the customer. They do your nails in a rush. They don’t let you look at all their colors so you can pick what you really want. I feel like my nails were done by a five year old. Rude staff and they don’t take their time. My family has been coming here for 15 years and their quality has gone down. They cut my nails too short and left gel around the tips of my nails. To top it off when they entered my card # incorrectly multiple times and was declined the owner told me I didn’t have enough money. (They did not even know how to enter the card info on their machine, so at one point I did it for them.) I told her that my bank usually blocks it for security measures. It’s a military bank. I paid with another bank card and it went through. That was very unprofessional of her. Never going back.
