Probably the best pedicure I have had in a very long time. I have tried several around Lexington and always felt disappointed. Not here. Great massage, clean tools, clean and cute environment and my polish is perfect. Not crazy busy. Really nice man answered the phone when I made my appointment and my tech was waiting for me when I arrived. She was super sweet. Great massage. She even worked on massaging a knot in my calf muscle. I will be back. This is my new favorite spot. ❤️
I went in to get one acrylic nail fixed (it was solid white), when I went in I asked for an acrylic nail fix. First, she sat me down and soaked my acrylic nail off without saying anything to me or asking me if that was okay. I proceeded to sit there for thirty minutes until she came over and immediately put the tip on and started putting dip powder onto my nail. After that, she rushed away and didn’t clean it up. When she came back I asked if it was dip, she said yes, and I told her the other nine nails on my hands were acrylic and asked if she could do this same finger acrylic white. Instead of taking the dip off as I assumed she would, she just painted white over the dip without cleaning up the already messy dip. When she finished painting I tried to explain that I need an acrylic nail not a dip nail with white painted over it, so I asked if she could redo it and she told me no because she had to go work on a different customer. I explained to her that I wasn’t going to pay for what I did not ask for and left. Do not recommend.
I have been a very happy, loyal customer for almost 2 years. I just LOVE them so much! Polly does the best SNS and gets just as excited to see me as I get when I come see her! It is a lovely family owned and operated salon that takes the best care of their customers! I can not say enough wonderful things about Stella Nails! ♥️

The guy who answers the phone did my nails and an older lady did my toes, both turned out amazing! I moved to the area almost a year ago and I have yet to find a great place to get my nails done but I will definitely be back!!
They were good, not excellent. The SNS cracked a week after I had them done and white tips pedicure …however, it’s a busy place.
I think don’t want black people to really come in there!!! I went there to get an fill in this passes weekend Saturday early afternoon noon they said to come back,I got a vibe when i went in there men that is closer to the door mad an face like I wasn’t supposed to be in there. So I left didn’t return until the next day (sun) I went in at 3, they close at 5 they told me they couldn’t do my nails!!????
I work at a local senior living facility and we set up an appointment for one of our residents who happens to have a disability but otherwise VERY independent, quite funny and pleasant. We provided transportation and picked the resident up when the appointment was done. At the time of the pick up, one of the salon staff told the driver (in the presence of the resident as if she wasn't there) that they did not have time for someone like her and that she would have to have an assistant with her next time. They refused to help her put her shoes back on or assist her back into the wheelchair! Then the credit card machine DID NOT ALLOW the resident to pay without leaving a tip!?!?!?! (This was reported to me by the resident and two members of our staff). To say that I'm appalled is an understatement. We don't treat our pets like that nor should we treat people in that manner. This is a service industry...... so serve every customer fairly or don't serve at all. They need to apologize and issue a FULL refund including the tip.
