They're so good at what they do (I mean nails and the ol' bait & switch)... They conveniently used the ESL language barrier to nearly double the price I agreed to initially, even though I was clear about what services I wanted and pricing. They do good work but I'll never return after getting played like that. There are other places within a block that do good work - go to them instead.

Do not go here! They are scamming people!!! I asked him for prices for manicure, pedi and he said he will tell me and had me seated on treatment chairs. When I repeatedly asked I need to know rates before he stars, he got so annoyed and did not bother to help me with prices. I felt so pressured by his behavior and selected most affordable pedicure service. It was the worst experience of my life!!! He asked me if I speak English? And I was so shocked!!! his basic attempt of forming sentences is poor than a2 year old trying to speak and he asked me if I could speak English? Ridiculous!!! ..
I wanted to do pedicure, nails and thank good I said no for everything !! He charged me around $60 for 6 minutes pedicure which was not even worth one cent . They all spoke in their language and started laughing when I said that I would like to speak to someone responsible since the service was not fair. What on earth is owner doing? And as per the guys claim if he was the owner, Shame on you! I do not know how this business is running. I feel sad for customers who go here. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! You will leave feeling humiliated and angry!!! Do not deserve a single star.
I like to wait to review a nail place until I have gone twice. Overall the service here is very good... the one thing that I am not a fan of is the constant up sell. I left the first time with a $95 bill when I thought I was paying $65. I just went today and made sure I said no (3 different times) to the upsell’s. As long as you stand your ground then you will walk out with a beautiful mani/pedi. Their hours are also super convenient.
Do not come here. They will say they can do a service, then get angry when they attempt to do it and refuse the service. Highly recommend reporting your grievances to the Better Business Bureau.
Low prices but unfortunately the manicure and pedicure were not painted professionally at all - looks very cheap and i will probably have to get redone somewhere else. Also regular pedicure includes only paint change - no scrubbing. Unfortunately I wont be returning.
I have been to this salon multiple times. I went yesterday to have a pedicure and take the gel off my finger nails. When it came time to pay, the total was 65 dollars. I was charged 20 dollars to take off the gel. I inquired why since this is where I had my previous mani and pedi. Why do you charge a returning customer to take off the gel when the service was provided at the salon?? Apparently they are not interested in customer retention. Every time I go to this salon, it is a different price for the same service. I just kept going since it was close to where I live. Time to find a new place.
The most thorough powder dip manicure I have ever received. Took incredible time to make sure every detail was perfect. Could not recommend more. Ask for David!
