Ever since I was younger I visit here and the customer service is great. I love the pedicure service the most because it’s so quick and relaxing. They always do a great job getting people in and out with what they want or beautiful alternatives. Last time I went I got this beautiful all white pedicure with a soft pink full set. I have gotten more “dramatic nails”, but the diversity in skill is like none other. I love this nail salon it’s always been welcoming and respectful to every who comes in respectfully because let’s not forget they are hard working humans doing us a service. And I will forever recommend Paradise Nails and I’m grateful for their hard work.

Ricky Li is so amazingly talented. She is also kind, fair and compassionate. Her sister is also just as talented. I'm very blessed to be back at at Paradise. Everything is hand painted and si crisp. Their parents are very talented as well.

I have been going to Charlie and Snow since Trang was a toddler. I have watched Trang and her sister Rikki grow up. Trang has been doing my nails for years now. They do amazing work. Their shop is very clean. I have never had a problem with them. The whole family is very polite. The prices are very reasonable compared to other shops.

The worst nail experience I have ever had. The staff was rude and the daughter and mom talk behind the costumers back all they care about is $ Kroger across the street nail paradise has excellent service and it's CLEAN. THEY NEED to put money into there store it looks and run down all it needs a paint job and new equipment

Rude, need to understand cultural diversity and inclusion. I used to go there until I missed an appt and came back and the nail tech said no more appts or service wow. It Shocked me! I missed one and been going there for years. It actually sadden me because I support small business owners and unfortunately me and my 4 sisters will no longer be costumers anymore really ???? I am currently a small business owner and they need to improve on welcoming customers and updating the building inside out, and a new paint job! Good luck !

I came on a busy Saturday morning but was able to bypass walk-ins with an appointment. The young lady is phenomenal and had great customer service.

The older lady is the opposite and is my reason for a 4 star. I said good morning twice and she still ignored me. She talked to her coworkers more than me while doing my nails. But, she did great work but seemed to be impatient and offered no suggestions when I would ask for her advice. She would stop what she was doing and just ask me to clarify in a frustrated tone. Ie, length, design, color suggestions.....I asked twice what she thought about some colors and she didn't respond.

Horrible customer service, any inconvenience angers them, they post up at the door like security when it’s time for you to pay. I’ll never patronize them again! Go to the newer nail techs guys! Lets these “shops” dwindle out!
