Quick Facts About Lee Nails

Lee Nails Place, located next to Target and Home Depot in Savannah, has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment, it is necessary to analyze the comments provided.
One of the major weaknesses highlighted is the lack of cleanliness in the salon. Multiple customers mentioned the presence of smudges on surfaces that could easily be cleaned, as well as thick piles of nail dust ground into the carpet. This suggests a lack of attention to hygiene and cleanliness standards. Additionally, one customer mentioned that the tools used for the pedicure appeared dirty and were stored in a dirty plastic cup. This raises concerns regarding the potential for infections and other health risks.
Another weakness mentioned by customers is the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. One customer complained about the technician stopping their nail service to do another customer's eyebrows, and then tossing their hand back after completing one hand. This behavior demonstrates a lack of focus and disregard for the customer's comfort and satisfaction. Furthermore, there were complaints about the workers yelling over customers and engaging in wild conversations, making it difficult for customers to relax during their visit. Such unprofessional behavior can negatively impact the overall experience of customers.
In terms of pricing, there were mixed reviews. One customer mentioned being overcharged and having their nails done incorrectly. Another customer complained about being charged extra for using a debit card, despite the advertised price being different. These incidents give the impression of inconsistent pricing and potentially unfair practices. On the other hand, a satisfied customer mentioned the reasonable pricing and good value for money received. These conflicting reviews make it difficult to confidently assess the strength or weakness of the salon's pricing.
One strength that emerged from the comments is the positive attitude and skill of certain technicians. A customer had a positive experience with a nail technician who answered their questions and provided satisfactory nail services. Another customer praised a technician's work and mentioned that both their nails and their spouse's pedicure were done exceptionally well. This suggests that there are skilled and dedicated technicians at Lee Nails Place who are capable of providing excellent service.
On the other hand, there were complaints regarding the quality of nail services. Several customers mentioned that their nails did not last and came off quickly, giving the impression that the techniques used were inadequate or the products used were of low quality. One customer specifically mentioned that their nails came off the next day, akin to press-on nails. This raises concerns about the longevity and durability of the services provided.
Based on the comments provided, it can be concluded that Lee Nails Place has significant weaknesses in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, and consistency in pricing. The presence of smudges, piles of nail dust, and dirty tools indicate a lack of attention to hygiene standards. The unprofessional behavior of staff members, including interrupting services and engaging in loud conversations, negatively impacts the customer experience. Inconsistent pricing practices and potentially overcharging customers also reflect poorly on the salon.
However, there are also some strengths highlighted by customers, such as the positive attitude and skill of certain technicians. Additionally, a satisfied customer mentioned the reasonable pricing and good value for money.
In order to improve and address the weaknesses, Lee Nails Place should prioritize cleanliness and ensure that all surfaces and tools are regularly and thoroughly cleaned. The salon should also work on improving professionalism among staff members to ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for customers. Consistent and transparent pricing practices should be implemented to avoid any potential misunderstandings or overcharging incidents. Finally, the salon should invest in higher quality products and techniques to ensure the longevity and durability of their nail services.
By addressing these weaknesses and building upon the strengths, Lee Nails Place has the potential to improve its reputation and provide a better overall experience for customers.

DO NOT go here!!!!! My nails are very lump , thick and not shaped correctly or what I asked for and they over charged me. Very unprofessional and she would stop doing my nails and do eyes brows . Then she was done with a one hand she would toss my hand back to me .
Not clean at all. Every surface had years of smudges that could easily be cleaned up, but just left. Thick piles of nail dust everywhere; I've never seen so much in one place. The nail dust is ground into the carpet. They clean off their work surface and then dump the drawer onto the carpet. I was asked to wash my hands without soap. The polish is all knock off brand. They charge if you use your debit. The charge should have been $1.75, but it was $5 for me. When I asked why, they pointed to a sign that said they charge 5% to use debit/credit cards and then pretended to not understand what I was saying when I did the math. All of my nails ended up different lengths even though I asked for short. The only good thing I have to say is their choice of music was wonderful. It was hard to relax because all of the workers were yelling over the customers having a wild conversation. But the radio channel was the only good thing.
Just moved to the area looking for a place to get my nails done, most places here want you to book on line but I needed to see the shop. Just walked in asked Ms.Nancy some questions and she answered them and did my nails right then. Not only did she do my nails but also got my husband to get a pedicure, done too by Ms. Helen. Now he says he's walking light. They both did an outstanding job. If you want fast, desirable and excellent service then I recommend Lee Nails next to Target and Home Depot in Savannah.
Pedicure was not worth the price! I paid 45 dollars for a superficial pedicure. No exfoliation, no foot massage just lotion and soap. The establishment was dirty I had to ask the lady twice to use a liner for the foot tub and all her tools seemed to come out of a dirty plastic cup. Would not recommend this place to anybody! This was my first and last time going here.
I want to start by saying the woman who performed my pedicure with gel polish was very nice and they look good... however this place is so dirty and run down that it should probably be shut down. The minute I sat down I regretted my decision but felt bad just leaving after my feet were in the (dirty) tub. The tools were in a dirty plastic tub and the massage chairs were either broken or ripped. They also did not use a plastic tub liner. I know they are just doing their job but I was scared of getting an infection .
I would never go here again tomorrow for $190 the only thing I liked was my pedicure my manicure and daughter’s nails were horrible that place is a dirty hole in the wall they didn’t even have certain colors or designs we asked for and had the nerve to charge regular prices If u gon charge ppl at least make sure u can file and polish right will never return
My pedicure is messy. The chairs weren’t clean and had used tissue in the cup holder part and they had no intentions of cleaning it before I asked them to. While doing my toe nails, the tech started on another client and went back and forth between me and her without washing her hands or using gloves.
Nice people but the nails literally comes off the next day as if they are press on and for the price not nearly worth it I’m not from here and I have been going here.
