I've been coming here for about a year now. go in ever 2-3 weeks for fills. Emily is my favorite tech. Whatever design I want on my nails, she perfects every time!
Service is reasonably priced. Quality work. If something happens (chipped nail, etc), I come back and they fix, free of charge.

Older female that gave my family member a pedicure was too chatty and rude. Made pointed comments about my family’s and other people’s appearance. Came for a much needed day of pampering and left feeling upset. Never giving this place our business, again. Besides she has a lot of nerve discussing appearances when she was not cute at all. Poor customer service. Maybe she should do more pampering and less talking at people. Clearly a silly thoughtless woman. Unfortunate as this was a day that was supposed to be pleasant.
Came here 45 minutes before they close to simply get my toes polished which doesn’t take long at all.. no acrylic just polish. Anyways the front receptionist sat me down and never said anything to me about how long until I’d be helped, it’s been longer than an hour and I’m still sitting with my feet in the water waiting for someone. Mind you I’ve seen a few employees leave including the receptionist who never once approached me to update me. It would’ve been appreciated if she could’ve told me upfront that they’re busy and the best thing would to come tomorrow or whatever but no. I’m beyond upset and this is the last time I’m coming to this nail salon, horrible customer service.
We came in for a manicure and gel removal and a new set of gels. we asked for a cat eye gel set (that they have advertised in their polish color displays) and they said oh yeah yeah we can do that. Then they were trying to change what I had asked for because they didn’t know how to do the cat eye process or what colors to use. So we got nails done that didn’t match what we asked for at all. They look pretty bad and for a $100 you should be able to provide the services that you offer with no problems. I’m not picky, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. Save the money and go somewhere else.
I have been coming here since they opened and they always do excellent work and fantastic nail art no matter what wild idea I come in with. My favourite was VW Beetle nails. Super cute! The shop is always scrupulously clean and the staff are delightful.
Very friendly and professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I stepped in for a quick repair for my natural nail that had bent backwards past the quick. Very painful to say the least. I only spent 15-20 minutes in the chair. I will go back!
Took my girlfriend here on a date and had the experience ruined because the lady doing her pedicure decided to make a rude comment about her appearance. These places are supposed to make people feel good about themselves, but we experienced the opposite of that. Very frustrating.
All the employees talked amongst themselves ignoring the customers. (3)
Disappointing visit for me. I have gone three times and haven't been very impressed any of the times.
I will try a different nail place next time.
