Quick Facts About Elite Nail & Spa

Elite Nail & Spa place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One of the strengths mentioned is that they have appointments available soon, which indicates that they have good availability and can accommodate customers' needs. Additionally, the first comment states that the pedicure chair experience was amazing and that they always provide great service. This suggests that they excel in customer service and provide a comfortable and enjoyable environment for clients.
However, there are several weaknesses pointed out in the comments. One major weakness is the lack of skill and roughness exhibited by some of the nail technicians. In one comment, the customer mentions feeling as if their cuticles were being sliced off and describes the experience as mentally draining. This suggests that the technicians may not have the necessary expertise or take enough care when performing services, resulting in a negative experience for the customers.
Another weakness mentioned is the poor technique used by the nail technicians. Customers mention misshapen acrylic nails, damage to cuticles, and nail color being applied outside the nail. These issues indicate a lack of attention to detail and a lack of precision in the nail technicians' work.
In addition to the lack of skill and technique, there are also complaints about the lack of attentiveness from the staff. One comment mentions that the technician was constantly checking their phone and not giving the customer their full attention. This suggests a lack of professionalism and focus on the customer's needs.
Another weakness highlighted is the difficulty in booking and managing appointments. Customers mention that they had to wait even though they had made an appointment and that the salon seemed to be unable to manage the number of bookings. This indicates a lack of organization and efficiency on the part of the salon.
Furthermore, there are complaints about cleanliness and treatment of customers based on their status as regular or non-regular customers. One comment mentions having to comment multiple times on the cleanliness of the cuticles, suggesting that the salon may not prioritize hygiene. Additionally, a customer mentions being asked to vacate their seat for someone the staff knows, which implies a lack of fairness and equal treatment for all customers.
In conclusion, Elite Nail & Spa place has some strengths, such as availability and potentially good customer service in certain areas. However, the salon has several weaknesses, including lack of skill and technique in some technicians, poor attention to detail, lack of attentiveness from staff, difficulties in managing appointments, and inadequate treatment of non-regular customers. These weaknesses contribute to negative experiences for customers and may affect their decision to return to the salon.

They had appointments coming soon, so I got a mani and pedi in the pedi chair and it was amazing. Always great service
I just want to start this off by saying, I tried really hard to understand my nail technicians perspective- however this story only goes from bad to worse. At the beginning I asked the woman doing my nails to be gentle bc Im a frequent addict of acyrlic nails, however she was nothing but rough with me the entire 2 hours i was there. i felt as if my cuticles were being sliced off by freddy krueger himself. I showed her a simple design which she said she could do so i trusted her w my nails but when she was finishing, it was nothing close to my design so i asked her to take it off and just keep it legally blonde style (pink pink) She seemed irritated with me and basically slapped the pink on my nails, it was so globbed on all you could see was clumps of nail polish. at that point i was so mentally drained, cuticles slaughtered, that I just complied but then that she charged me $60 and sent me away. I did not want ogre nails. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed for $30. All in all i spent over a 100$ (w tip) for the most basic nail design i would have been better off getting an amazon nail stamp than going to the unelite nail salon.
Worst manicure of my life. My manicurist started by filing my nails down very aggressively. I had shorter nails to begin with and he filed them so there is now nothing left. He gave me very rounded nails, which I never asked for. He proceeded to take out the electric tool used to file down acrylic nails (my nails were bare to begin with) and used that on my nails, which seemed very unnecessary. He let the tool go over my skin and my skin became red around my cuticles and very irritated. Then he got out the cuticle cutter and began hacking at my nails. Within seconds I looked down and 3 out of 5 nails were bleeding. Since I know my skin is sensitive, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but after 7 out of ten nails were bleeding post cuticle cutting process, I began to get very annoyed, especially since it was painful. Then he started putting my color on. He wasn't even trying to stay within my nail and would just wipe off excess with a tool or his own sharp fingernail. The shellac was over the sides of my nail and stuck to my skin. To top it off, after he finished the color, he went back at my nails with the cuticle cutter again. He was clearly trying to fix his mistakes by cutting the sides of my nails and he aggressively pushing his nail under my nails to get all the extra shellac off. Clearly by looking at the pictures, you can see he was very unsuccessful. The shellac is thick and still all over with the dried blood (I had already wiped off a dozen time). I called to complain and the owner did say she would redo my nails, but honestly what is she going to do at this point. She can take the nail polish off, but she can't fix the nail cutting and broken skin.
Honestly I am not one to complain, but manicures aren't cheap and I think you should leave relaxed not in pain!
Nail color is beautiful and the staff was very nice. However, the shape and technique is poor. My skin is glued to the nail, my cuticles are damaged, my acrylics are misshaped and look uneven. I am disappointed with the outcome.
Went here just once and will not return. I got a shellac fill on my nails on a Sunday and had a male tech here who must have not known how to do a fill on nails with tips bc they all broke a few days later they started breaking. Also it was a unusual really fast shellac fill service so I’m sure that has something to do with it. They should take they’re time more instead of rushing. A week later today I went to GR nail lounge off the East beltline and they did wonderful and understood the assignment and are available on Sundays too.
I have been going to this nail salon for 8 years. They used to employ a man who was extremely rough with doing a manicure. I asked not to have him do my work and have not seen him there for the last three years. I like to go when the first open in the morning and usually only one technician is there. I have had three occasions with her services where I have bleeding under my nails or beside them when I leave. I mentioned it to Kim but she seemed unconcerned. She is constantly checking her phone and not giving her clients her full attention. I had her do my nails five days ago and I still have one finger that is raw and swollen under the edge of the nail. I will not be returning to this facility again. This is a very convenient location for me but I will drive further to seek services in the future
Time wasters and unable to manage, let alone keep booked appointments.
I called today Sunday at noon and asked for an afternoon manicure spot, we agreed to 2pm. Arrived at 1:55 and they asked if I wanted a pedicure too and if I brought someone else... then asked me to wait. They clearly had a full house and were nowhere near being able to provide service. Wanted to give them a chance so waited 15-20 mins... during which time no one checked or advised how much longer or if I’d be up soon.
Avoid.
TERRIBLE and POOR Service. I was tired and wasn’t in the mood to drive to me usual place. I had to comment several times on how to properly clean cuticles. It appears if you’re not a regular customer you get treated poorly as I was vacated my from seat to let someone else they know take the seat. As far as am concerned we all pay money for the service. The worst pedicure shape you can ever imagine. Bottom line I’m NEVER GOING BACK!!
