I've been going monthly for a year and a half now. Always a great haircut. I'm in and out quick. I've never had to wait. I really love the online booking and payment. It makes the trip even easier.

Horrible beard cut.
Hair was over one inch long on the right side of my face and a quarter inch on the left side. Neck line was wavy. Checks were not balanced. This cut was so bad I had to shave and start over .
The "barbers" were not personable. I do not recommend this place.
I've been visiting this shop for quite a few years and recently had a poor experience that I cannot overlook. I showed up for my appointment I made online--full disclosure, I was 5 minutes late which is my fault. The person I made an appointment with was working on another gentleman and the person at the counter was busy on her phone so I took a seat. After waiting for 45 minutes without anyone saying a word to me, I got up and left. I made an appointment with another establishment in town (referred to me by a friend) the next day and received tremendous service. I'm not sure what happened here and am unable to tolerate poor service from any business. If you are in need of a referral somewhere else, I'd be happy to provide.
Based upon the reviews I tried them and was not disappointed. A great facility filled with interesting decor, eclectic, old world - Brilliant!
As I was a walk-in, I had no idea what to expect, was greeted by a nice lady who turned out to be my “barber”. She was very professional and efficient, transforming my “Santa beard” into a smart professional beard.
