Quick Facts About Nail Tech
Nail Tech Place has received a variety of comments from customers, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses. Based on the comments provided, it is possible to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
One of the strengths mentioned by customers is the quality of their pedicures. Several customers expressed satisfaction with their pedicure services, stating that their nails always look great and that they love the results. Additionally, some mentioned that they never have to wait long for their appointments, suggesting that the salon may be efficient in managing their schedule.
Affordability is another strength that was mentioned by a customer. This implies that Nail Tech Place may offer competitive prices, which can attract customers who are looking for affordable nail services.
However, there are several weaknesses that have been highlighted as well. One recurring issue is the lack of skill and professionalism displayed by some of the nail technicians. Multiple customers mentioned instances where the nail techs were inexperienced or lacked knowledge about the proper techniques. This can result in poor application of acrylic nails, uneven lengths, and inadequate clean-up. In addition, some customers reported being cut by the drill during their appointments, which raises concerns about the salon's attention to safety protocols.
Another weakness highlighted by a customer is the inconsistency of service quality. Although some customers expressed satisfaction with their experiences, others described the service as mediocre at best. This inconsistency may deter customers who value reliable and high-quality services.
Furthermore, a customer's comment suggests potential racial discrimination at the establishment. The customer claimed that they were denied service while individuals of a different race were easily accommodated. This raises concerns about possible discriminatory practices within the salon, which could greatly impact their reputation and customer base.
Other weaknesses mentioned by customers include poor communication and rude behavior displayed by the front desk staff. Instances were reported where the staff failed to communicate properly or had a hostile attitude towards customers. These experiences can result in an uncomfortable atmosphere and create a negative impression of the salon.
In conclusion, Nail Tech Place has both strengths and weaknesses. Some of the strengths include satisfactory pedicure services and affordability. However, weaknesses include inconsistent service quality, lack of skill and professionalism among some nail techs, potential racial discrimination, and poor communication. These weaknesses can greatly impact customer satisfaction and the reputation of the salon. It is important for Nail Tech Place to address these issues and improve their services to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

I got a pedicure here and acrylic on all toes. It was absolutely horrible. Anyone that gets their nails done on a regular knows that when acrylic is applied, there’s a process. The nail tech literally applied the acrylic and walked away. Another nail tech had to finish the job and had no idea what she was doing. I was also cut with the drill twice. They wanted to charge $50… I pleaded with them to either reduce the price or fix them! We went back and forth until she finally sat me down for someone to “fix my toes” …. And that tech was completely lost also. I was running out of time on my lunch break so I had to leave. I paid the money, but I will NEVER go there again. Their pedicures are great but DO NOT go to this shop if you want acrylic on nails or toes.
I asked for a “thin French tip.” Not only did the lady never speak to me but to ask for what I wanted, she was rough and not thorough. My length was all over the place, and instead of using a fine tip brush, she painted halfway and tried using a brush with polish remover to clean it up. The whole experience was very cold and awkward, and on top of that, I was charged $55 for a job I immediately got removed elsewhere.
Today was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I was in there 25 minutes total. The lady cut my big toe and the worst pain
They are amazing, wouldn't go anywhere else. my nails always look great and never have to wait long if at all. Love Paula and MiMi :)
I’ve been going here for about a year or so on and off. Their service is mediocre at best, but I keep going because it’s convenient. Today I went in for a refill. The parking lot had about 3 cars there and hardly anyone inside except a white lady and two ladies drying their nails. As I walk in, the guy who works in the front area asks what I need, and I told him I needed a refill. I proceed to look at the gel colors as I always do, then he says they are very busy and they are not taking any customers who haven’t been there before. I proceeded to tell him that I’ve been coming there for over a year. He then says “we can’t do nails” and asked me to leave. The other ladies and I were all completely confused by his very rude, hostile, and aggressive response. I was not about to argue so I left; however, I went back in to see if they could do my eyebrows. When I walked back in, 3 white ladies walked in before me and they were greeted and seated for their various services. I asked the guy about eyebrows and he said they’re very busy and can’t do eyebrows either. Then he shooed me away with his hand and asked me to leave again. I immediately left at his request. However, his behavior was disrespectful and completely unwarranted. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR.
I’m always hesitant of this place because of the atmosphere. i come often with my friend and we love the services they perform. We mostly get super friendly staff each time!
But i will say don’t expect anything super fancy or like your normal atmosphere nail salon.
other than that i enjoy going here.
The prices are affordable, so I kept comint back. But TODAY (10:15 am ish): I walked in and looked at all of the signs posted. I'm just standing there textig/calling my friend. No one says a word to me. Then, the guy tells me to come back in 1 hour. Me: even for a pedi ? He says yes they are very busy. I walk to see how many customers. He says he doesn't know how long it will be they are very busy. A lady gets up. Tells me come back in the afternoon. They are so busy. She says to come bck around 3 or for. I asked do I need to sign my name or anything. She says no she knows me. I go to the parking lot. Another customer pulls up, she goes in and is seated right away. He tells me it's because she us getting her nails done. He never did not ask me what service I was getting before he told me to come back in 1 hour. EVERY customer in the front that is seated is Caucasian including the lady that walked in after me. I am not one to jump to racist conclusions, but this place definitely doesn't want the business if anyone who look like me.
Service is very poor. Rather than tell you all of his workers walked out on him. He's in the middle of a heated conversation with another woman. And because I didn't want a pedicure done first. He refuses my service all together and tell me to come back next week and there will be no more pedicures done this week. Only before I could finish asking why. Two other customers come in for same treatment.
Unprofessional. I've been going to this business for years..I won't be back. Lack of respect for customers. Very angry man. ????
