I had an express gel mani/pedi and I’m just disappointed with the quality of work.
1. The removal of the gel polish (my nail salon in Georgia uses a newer and gentler method that doesn’t involve the nail drill).
2. When it came to my cuticles, the guy went too deep — it looks like he was attempting a Russian manicure (which I’ve had before elsewhere!) and he wound up cutting me and bleeding me… thankfully they had bandaids.
3. I also wasn’t a fan that they reuse the same tools (my regular salon has unopened new tools for each client).
4. Finally, my nails feel jagged. So I’ll have to file them when I get home, I have polish on my fingers ????, and I think he needed to apply a few more coats because as I’m looking at the polish in the sun it looks odd!
The guy was cordial but I wasn’t a fan of the customer service when I was closing out to pay … I won’t be coming back.
I love this place???????????????? have always had a wonderful experience with everyone I've sat with. Always very pleased and satisfied with how my nails come out and look forward to my fill appointments every time ???? highly recommended 20/10 ????
I had the dip done and it was the worst ever. Was uneven they cut my nails to short and I kept telling the guy that they were uneven and he said oh don’t worry I’ll fix them and never did. Very very unhappy with the service. Would never go there again.
I have been going to them for 2 months. Each time they have gotten progressively worse. I took two of my friends as a gift for mani/pedis they rushed through mine and it was the worst I've ever had and a difference place gave me an infection. I'm so disappointed in the fact they seem to rush customers for money and the quality sucks. Time to find a new place.

Had a good experience here. Needed a last minute appointment and they squeezed me right in. Initially I got a full acrylic set for around $50 and came back a couple weeks later for a refill for $40. Reasonable prices for the location.
I was a walk in and they told me no problem” it was my first nail color for the season but have pedi w/out polish every 4 weeks for the past 8 years at my regular salon. They had me in and out beginning to end in 15 mins, one coat of color and no top coat, no need to remove old polish just rushed out horrible experience and will never go back. My regular salon it’s a one hour visit this place was15 mins. Don’t waste your money here.
The people here are extremely rough and rude. My pedicure has been painful and unpleasant and the people doing my mother and I’s pedicure have been snickering back and forth and staring at us this whole time. Would never come again. Would literally go out of my way to tell my family and friends to stay away
