Quick Facts About Quisqueya Barber Shop
Quisqueya Barber Shop has consistently received negative feedback regarding their service. Customers have complained about poor service, unprofessionalism, and a lack of organization. One common complaint is that the shop does not prioritize appointments, leading to long wait times for customers. This lack of consideration for customers' time is a significant weakness for Quisqueya Barber Shop.
Another weakness mentioned in the comments is the apparent favoritism shown towards family and friends. Customers have reported feeling ignored or overlooked in favor of those who have personal connections with the barbers. This lack of fairness and professionalism is a significant turnoff for potential clients.
Additionally, several customers have mentioned the lack of professionalism in the shop. From not being greeted upon arrival to being left waiting for hours without an explanation, customers have felt disregarded and unimportant. These instances of unprofessional behavior create a negative image for Quisqueya Barber Shop and contribute to their low ratings.
In terms of strengths, one positive aspect mentioned by a customer is that the haircut they received was nice. While this is a positive point, it is overshadowed by the negative comments regarding the overall experience at the shop. It is important to note that this positive feedback is coming from a customer who had to wait for an extended period of time and faced difficulties scheduling appointments on subsequent visits.
However, it is crucial to consider the consistent reports of poor service and unprofessionalism. These negative experiences could drive potential customers away and harm the reputation of the shop. Unprofessional behavior, long wait times, and a lack of consideration for customers' time all contribute to a negative customer experience. Additionally, the high prices reported by one customer for a simple haircut may deter potential clients who do not feel that the quality of service justifies the cost.
Overall, the weaknesses of Quisqueya Barber Shop are apparent in the comments provided. The shop needs to address their poor service, unprofessional behavior, and lack of organization. By implementing changes such as prioritizing appointments, training staff to provide excellent customer service, and ensuring fairness in treatment for all clients, Quisqueya Barber Shop could improve their reputation and attract more customers.

Poor service. Not even worth one star rating. Unprofessional. They should have a sign appointments only. They’re just gonna let you sit there until they have a spot open. No greet or anything.
Very unprofessional and they cater to their family/friends this place needs to get themselves together. Sat there for almost an hour and was scheduled. Didn’t acknowledge me or anything.
Took my son for a haircut some time ago, waited for over an hour, haircut was nice so I wanted to take him back. But every time I come (i tried 3x), they always have an excuse to send me away, so I'm not trying anymore, it looks they don't need any more clients or don't want to work and my time is valuable.
Barbershop beyond unprofessional never again waste my time everytime
Very unprofessional, if I could rate a 0 I would. Went in on a slow Saturday at 2 pm. Only 3 other people in the waiting room so I believed it would be fast. Spoke to a barber that said he’d cut my hair after his break, he never came back… and 2 hours later I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen for the day. They closed at 7 pm.
Went in for a haircut sat for about 2hours got in the chair, told him what I wanted and he ended up cutting a lot of my hair off. I had been growing my hair for more then a year and he took 6months off easily. I had been going here but after this I won’t be returning and I paid $30 for him to cut my hair off….
My 13 years old son hair cut was $35. My husband don't even pay that much for his own hair cut. My husband said the barber told him because it was a booked hair cut, but my son wasn't able to get his hair cut during the booked time. They had to wait 15 minutes after the booked time in order for my son to get his hair cut. If you go, skip the 1st barber soon as you walk in the door.
Very Slow service. Waited 3 hour to not get a haircut on a slow Saturday afternoon. Barbers were inattentive to walk-ins.
