I've been going to Juana for almost three years. She treated my hair and fixed the bad job another stylist did to my hair. Short, long, highlights, purple, mermaid, and all other colors. She has done alot with my hair and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Even my boys don't mind going in and wait while I get my hair done, especially my seven year old because Juana always gets into a conversation with him and that kid loves to talk. Thank you Juana, you are the best.
I had acrylics put on and they did not last but only a couple of days I try to make another appointment and Jessica did not respond for a few days and she doesn’t communicate with her clients when you call her! Poor service
When I first went to this Salon, Juana was very unprofessional. She judged and made comments about how dead my hair was. Soon then I avoided that and started taking care of my hair and getting trims as often as I could. The second time I went, she said how beautiful my hair was and how other girls don’t take care of their hair and want it so long. I didn’t appreciate the negative remarks she made towards other people, and quickly noticed that she was nicer to some clients than others. She doesn’t remember who you are no matter how many times you go and if she isn’t talking bad about your hair, she’s talking about about other people’s hair. Finally, the last time I decided to get another trim by her, I was extremely dissatisfied. Don’t get me wrong, she does a really great job with haircuts, but she is extremely unprofessional. The last time I decided to get my hair trimmed by her, I made an appointment. By the time I got there, her other employee came out the door and told me that I had to wait 2-3 hours because she was putting extensions on a client. Juana, the hairstylist, didn’t even bother to call me ahead of time before I got to the salon to let me know in advanced, and she didn’t even bother to tell me face to face. This lady needs to do a much better job with being more professional and compassionate. Never going to her again.
Not only was she rude and criticising my mom the entire time, she burned her scalp and on top of that bleached her sweater from the back (mom didn't realise til she was home), very unprofessional! On top of that talking/commenting on matters that don't pertain to her in
this case my grandmas recent death you don't know the facts so mind your own business you get paid to do HAIR!!! I had my hair styled here once paid $60 to have hair straightened and she did the same to me telling me about how damaged my hair was etc and how she uses $500 dollar shampoo but its her tactic to sell product. She over charges. You should treat your customers betters without customers you wouldn't have a business so keep that in mind. You do good hair but the customer service is garbage.
***If you are professional like im sure you consider yourself to be you will do whats right and replace my moms sweater since you ruined it by bleaching the entire back of it!! You knew what you were doing, you did it purposely you're not afollowup be waiting for a response.
*Never get your hair done at this salon* all they want to do is take your money even if they do a horrible job. My sister got her hair done here and Juana the hair dresser burned her scalp!!!! And left her hair all different shades from green to yellow to blonde. On top of that they changed her $200 for this horrible job. I took my sister back the very next day to show her the scalp burns and the bad job and all she said is "it's ok we can fix it". HER SCALP WAS ALREADY BURNED WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO FIX!!!! She refused to give me my money back and threatened me by saying that if I didn't leave she would call the cops. I will be taking further action will not let people like this take advantage of my 16 year old sister. It's not right!!!
As soon as I walked in I was walked up on by the lady & the worker across the room doing her nail business, just giving attitude for no reason when no one was talking to her. I just left. Energy was too fake & rude for me. And overpriced for basic plain highlights
Juana has been my go-to hair stylist for years since I moved to Bakersfield, when I’ve dyed my hair in the past she made sure she does an amazing job. She is wonderful at what she does! Every time I go to cut my hair, we have great convos and laughs, she takes her time doing a perfect job. I’ve always been more than satisfied with her work. She’s super friendly and takes pride in her work as she should! Will always be a client. ???? Thank you Juana!
Bad experience don't get a color I wanted partial highlights showed the picture of what I was looking for. Lots of breakage she told me it was the shampoo I was using. I didn't have the problem before now have orange streaks. She was more interested answering the phone and make appointments then worrying about my hair so disappointed waste of money.
