I had an older Asian lady do my manicure. She used dirty instruments and her work station was filthy. She was quick with my manicure and hurried along quickly. She wasn't very friendly at all. The place has become very dirty and they do change the prices... it's never the same for the same service at various times. I've been there three times and each time they quote different prices. They do not tell you a price before anything..
Nail tech rushed the gel painting and drying process and layers of polish chipped the same night and also got all over my sweatshirt. I also did not find the place particularly well kept or hygienic and the nail tech wasn’t very gentle. She had very long nails so I feel like it made it harder for her to do my nails gently as she burned me with the drill and filed the side of my fingers. I also wouldn’t recommend coming here if you don’t want to make conversation as the tech was very chatty. I prefer silence because I don’t like small talk or awkward conversation but she continued to initiate conversations and ones that made me feel rather uncomfortable at that.
I have been a client with this business since they opened, even patronizing them before they branched out on there own, worked at (Majestic Nails) with in-laws. In the beginning things were well and service was quality, as you would expect with any new business. However, after gaining more clientele the service, quality, and appreciation for clients, began to take a downward spiral.However, the ATTITUDES of service providers inclined, but not in an appropriate manner. I recommended numerous others to this business, but the constant changing in prices for the same service weeded many out.
Nonetheless, I paid and keep patronizing. Until Wendy, the wife and co-owner decided to be Rude
& Loud when trying to rush and make all the money, at the expense of neglecting those who have helped to build the business steadily. Quality is important, but customer service is number one for me. You might Not miss my money, but you will Not get it either. To be told "whatever" when trying to express services that were wanted,as well as, my concerns of unprofessionalism, was the LAST encounter and I have not and will Not be going back.
Nice friendly staff and they did good jobs. However the facility was dirty with much dust on everything. No sanitation of equipment as the items were just picked up as is and used. Some equipment parts were taken from a very dirty little box that looked like it had been sitting there for many years. Also the powder used was in a jar that everyone put their fingers in.
Very nice and polite. They take their take and don't rush. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
I always go and get my eyebrows done by Kelly and get many compliments. Seems as though when it comes down to getting a pedicure and nails they are in a hurry and does sloppy work. My nails were done by Tony and they were horrible. When I came back for them to be fixed he had a attitude. This wasn't the first time this has happened. Won't be doing business there anymore. TOO RUDE.
I have been getting gel manicures for YEARS and I have NEVER had my gel polish chip within 3 days of getting them done. I paid $40 for a manicure that didn’t last a week. I will never step foot in this shop again
This salon is the best! I love love love them so much! Everyone here is amazing and talented and they care about how you want your services done. They always make sure you're happy before you leave. The best place I will always come back!
