Not what I asked for. Shape is not what I asked for, the design is horrid, didn’t give me what I wanted, nails are crooked, shape is giving bulbous, not the same length. Not pleased or happy one bit. (the last photo is what I asked for, for reference) Not worth the $70 I paid.
Best manicure I’ve had in a while hands down ????, Kim squeezed me in just in time and did an AMAZING job in such a short amount of time even squeezed in time for hand massage and parrafin wax for me before I had to leave. All around great service and friendly techs!!!❤️
A very dissatisfied first time customer by the treatment my mom received from the lady who assisted her with pedicure. Sad that her RUDENESS has affected the other worker and the store itself. This rating should be ZERO STAR. Definitely not going back on how badly my mom was treated by this worker. I am not looking for a special treatment due to the fact that my mom is senior and disable. It was just frustrating that, as a paying customer, she was given a very poor service not worth the price we paid for the services. I am not sure if that lady speaks English but she can communicate through actions to provide instructions, and not by just rudely pulling my mom's legs/fee to the directions she wants each one to be. She didn't even exert effort to communicate with us, so I can help if she needs it. Instead, she started chatting with the other lady worker speaking via their native language. Surely, we won't understand since we are not Vietnamese. So, who knows if they are despising my mom or what not. When my mom tried to ask her to redo something, she just sighed with an irritated look. Definitely no manners for this lady. I am not even concern with the poor quality of manicure and pedicure they gave my mom. I just want to CALL OUT this terrible attitude towards a PERSON WITH DISABILITY which is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Overall an UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!
The salon itself was great. The person that serviced my nails was a disappointment. He couldn't stop looking at his phone which made the service last longer then usual. He had to get up mulitable times to help customers cash out and to answer his phone. Overall I would say customer service is a zero star for me. I will go back because they do a great job with my nails. I will make sure to not have the gentleman again.

They have some really sweet people working there, the place is clean, and they do excellent work! Whatever they put in their mail polish is magical, because I'm pretty hard on my hands quickly often and my nails almost never chip in between appointments ????

I can see this manicure being pretty decent if it wasn't rushed. It's more of a "quantity over quality" type of atmosphere. I came in, asking for a new set of acrylics because the last ones I got were terrible. The lady who was helping me (I never got her name) asked me if I wanted to try the dip powder instead because it "looks more natural". I'm all for that natural look, so I agreed. This is far from natural, and it was rushed. It was so rushed, that my nails are bumpy and you can see the powder particles. My left ring finger nail is so crooked, its touching my middle finger and almost digs in to it. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I was just so frustrated and upset with these nail. It was a complete waste of $45.
I called to make an appointment and they said to come in now, which I did. I waited 30 minutes to be seen. While I was waiting, people came in and were told there was time, when there wasn't. He rushed through my nail fill.... very sloppy job. Very unsatisfied.
