Quick Facts About Elite Nails Spa
Elite Nails Spa has received a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. Analyzing these comments can provide insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
Starting with the strengths, one comment mentioned that Jennifer, a technician at the salon, provided exceptional service and attention to detail. This indicates that there are skilled staff members who can deliver high-quality nail services. Another positive aspect highlighted in a comment was the cleanliness and professionalism of the establishment. This suggests that Elite Nails Spa maintains a hygienic environment and has a professional atmosphere, which is crucial for a nail salon.
Additionally, one customer mentioned that they enjoyed the jello-pedicures offered at the salon. This unique and relaxing experience could be a selling point for Elite Nails Spa, as it sets them apart from other salons in the area.
However, several weaknesses were also pointed out in the comments. Firstly, multiple customers mentioned receiving subpar nail services from male technicians. Complaints included uneven length, poorly manicured cuticles, and messy acrylic fills. These negative experiences suggest that the male technicians at Elite Nails Spa may lack the necessary skills or training to consistently deliver satisfactory results.
Furthermore, one customer expressed frustration about waiting 45 minutes for their appointment with Jennifer, even though they had booked it three days in advance. This shows a disregard for punctuality and customer service, indicating that the salon may have issues with managing appointments and prioritizing clients' time.
Another weakness that emerged from the comments is the inconsistency in service. One customer had a great experience during their first visit but received a poor-quality manicure during their second visit. This inconsistency can lead to a lack of trust and dissatisfaction among customers, as they cannot rely on consistently good service from Elite Nails Spa.
Additionally, a customer mentioned that their nails became paper-thin and cracked after a technician filed down the acrylic too much. This indicates that some technicians at the salon may prioritize speed and efficiency over the health and integrity of the client's natural nails. It is essential for a nail salon to prioritize the well-being of the client's nails and educate their technicians on proper techniques to avoid damage.
In conclusion, Elite Nails Spa shows potential in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, and unique offerings such as jello-pedicures. However, the salon faces weaknesses regarding the skills and consistency of their technicians, punctuality, and commitment to client satisfaction. Addressing these weaknesses through proper training, improved appointment management, and maintaining quality control can help Elite Nails Spa enhance its reputation and provide a better overall experience for its customers.

I visited the salon four times. Four out of four times, I have left with nails of varying length, cuticles that were not manicured in spite of my asking that the cuticles be trimmed, and messy appearance in the fill of the acrylic nail. I had male technicians for all of my visits and I can’t recommend them. I do not know about the female technicians. Their clients seemed happy with them.
Please don’t go to this nail salon. I got dip to go on vacation and one of the male nail techs did my nails. I asked him not to use the drill on my natural nail which I have been getting healthy for months. He did anyway. I asked him to cut my cuticles…. He proceeded to file my mail down more and it did nothing for my cuticles except make them look cracked and dry. These photos are from 3 days after my manicure and it looks like it’s been growing out for over a week. He also did 3 layers of dip and did not smooth it out with the drill after application which has left a horrendous and globbed on look to my nails. I’ve never had such a poor quality manicure in years or getting my nails done. whatever tech I went to needs some training.
Jennifer was amazing! She took her time and her attention to detail was unmatched. I went to see her just a week after getting my nails done at another nail salon and she fixed them and made them look completely flawless! I’m so happy to have found this nail salon and don’t intend on going anywhere else!
Booked an appointment 3 days in advance with Jennifer. Showed up at my appointment time but had to wait 45 minutes until I decided to walk out. Jennifer was with another client during my appointment time and did not acknowledge the fact I was there waiting even after I asked her. She did not offer to have someone else do my nails until I was walking out or even apologize for the inconvenience. There was clearly other people who could’ve done my nails but no one offered as I sat there. This business did not respect me or my time. If it was 15-20 minutes fine, but 45 minutes? Assuming she took the other client instead of honoring my appointment. Not professional at all. Will not be coming to a business who does not value their clients or their time.
I work with Sandy who I’ve followed to this place and she’s amazing. Beautiful work, attention to detail, always professional and super nice! This place also offers these jello-pedicures? Very fun and relaxing experience! I definitely recommend Sandy and these jello thingys!
This was my first visit. The best nail salon I’ve been to. Clean, Professional, Friendly. I love my nails and pedicure. Ann is amazing! I found my new nail salon ????????
Beautiful, clean establishment with skilled techs that delivered quality pedicures for fair prices. We will definitely be coming back again!!
I’ve been to this nail salon twice and had two completely different experiences. First time was great, nails were beautiful. The second time around, I showed the nail tech a design, she seemed hesitant so I showed her another much simpler one to which she said, “Oh yeah I can give you that!”
Fast forward 45 minutes, they look like HORRIBLE. Like, I was shocked. The other nail techs even walked over and saw the photo on my phone of the nail design I originally wanted and they all laughed at her. Personally, I don’t think it’s funny. It was a waste of both my money and time. I asked her to redo them and just give me a black tip french manicure, which she does fine. Fast forward a few days, I’m literally just lying in bed and notice one of my nails is cracked in half. Didn’t even realize it happened at first. She filed down the acrylic so much, because she had to redo her whole design, that they now are paper thin. I’m considering going back and asking for them to fix the nail at the very least, and possibly a refund, but I really don’t recommend the place. The inconsistency is just kind of unacceptable.
