I came in a week ago and Lily an older lady did my full set she was very nice at the time of service and i left her a $10 tip because she did my nails. Not even 24 hours after getting my nails done one of the tips broke in half. I came back in and she fixed it. Not even a week later 6 or my 10 nails had broke in half and even 2 of my natural nails was coming up with it. I spoke with Andy who I’m assuming is the manager he told me to come in and someone would soak these nails off and give me a new full set i get there and that nor what they did. He had the same person Lily work on my nails and instead of giving me a new full set she just replaced the 6 that fell off and had me leave without putting polish back on my nail in very upset with how i was handled that was not very professional or business like. I would like to get a refund i spent $80 in cash and tips on my nails and felt as if i should have been treated better than this!! I would never recommend anyone to come here with how i was handled. Great experience and a satisfied customer I am. I came in for a Gel-x manicure and boy was I happy with the service I received. It was for attending my sister-in-law’s wedding so I was really looking for a meticulous service. My nails came out beautifully, the nail tech was accommodating, friendly and professional - it was outstanding. Overall, excellent experience and would definitely come back and surely recommend this salon!!

I was having a great experience with going there every 2-3 weeks.. Constantly getting my toes nails and eyebrows done... Until b this last time I went I felt very mistreated... My regular nail tech Andy had a customer already.... So I had to go to a new rep... She was extremely rough with my fingers... Cut me with drill..... And had so many imperfections with the nail... Was rudely speaking in their language the entire time and for what was being said I could sort of make out what they were talking about....I knew when she put the price on the computer and walked away that drama was awaiting.....I got charged $82 for some plain white nails . Whereas I have receipts that I got changed 70 for ombre nails with the same length ... If you're gonna charge 82 for plain white nails... It shouldn't be any mistakes on my nails... And it's rude to be speaking another language in front of your paying customers... That was the last time for me...

Was able to get service less than ten minutes after calling ahead. This is one of the best dip powder manicures I've had. The pedicure is also great. I usually experience chipping within a couple days, but not this time. I will be back!

Very happy with the service received. Got a full set dip powder with almond shape and it came out beautifully. The price was also very reasonable and the tech was nice and accommodating. Overall, great experience and will definitely be back.

I’m not from here and this place has the best reviews so I decided to give it a try. the only thing I have to complain about is that I waited about 15 minutes even though it was dead for anyone to get started on my nails. The lady that did my nails was super sweet and she was fast and efficient . when I left everyone thanked me for coming in and overall everyone was so kind!! Definitely recommend

This place feels like a little slice of Heaven. Life can be stressful and there are days I wish I didn’t have so much to do, but one thing I can look forward to is coming to get my nails and toes manicured. Cindy does a wonderful job everytime and it gives me a confidence boost. She is quick yet gentle and they even serve drinks. Come check them out.

A friend and I came here to get our nails done. Service was amazing, our nail techs were very gentle and skilled. We are blown away by how amazing our nails look now. Definitely recommend!!!
