All food was delicious especially the meat and chips I loved it . Definitely recommend coming here. Staff were also very friendly.
Ordered a chef special kebab as I have done for the past 3 years. Opened the bag looking forward to my meal. As we do took a bit from box to eat as I put on the plates. Was struck with the strange taste and smell started to heave and ended up being sick, (bad lamb shish). Phoned and they offered to bring another, told them not shish it’s bad, just both doners pls. now past the thought of eating anything. My kebab arrived all £16.50 please see the photo a complete joke. Phoned back to be shouted at and told I was wasting their food, do me a favour you sold me the bad meat to start with. Poor delivery driver had to make 3 visits the last to bring back my money but if he looks on the bright side he will never ever have to come here again. Whatever happened to customer service it was your bad service and you shout at me. I have to say always liked your kebabs but never again
DO NOT GO HERE!!! First off delivered my food after 1hr and 30mins and the chicken was mouldy!!!! ???? phoned and complained and the driver brought me the same order after waiting another hour, and they got my order wrong!!! Phoned them AGAIN and they said I will get a free order next time I order.
Went in there today and requested my FREE order and they played ignorant and said they don’t know what I’m talking about!!!! The lady got rude and raised her voice to me and my partner, called my partner ‘little man’ even though he towered her!!! The language they used was disgusting and was laughing!!!!
WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!! And to be honest, iv always had delivery never been in the place, but it was filthy in there!!!
I had the best chips there and the staffs r so friendly.
I had already stopped ordering over the phone due to bad manors. And ignoring instructions.
But I went in yesterday and asked for freshly grilled lamb donor that’s really soft with no colour on it. They refused telling me the pre cooked in the pot is soft.
I explained that I don’t like it how they do it. He picked a piece out that looked soft and said see it’s fine as it is. Only option.
So I had it: and put the whole lot in the bin. £7.50 meat/chips. Where other places charge £5.50 and are much better.
They refused to make it to suit me. So I’ll NEVER RETURN to this shop bow

Rubbish service yesterday. Was told 40 minutes for delivery but took 1hr and 20 mins to arrive. Even that was only after I phoned twice to chase up my order. It was cold when it arrived and the delivery driver didn't even apologise. Will never use this place again and would advise others not to bother.
