I just received an eyebrow shaping, and was left an entire bald spot in my left eyebrow. There is no reason why this should happen. It almost seems like it was on purpose. The WORST experience I have ever had at an eyebrow place. Awful
I came in on 23rd November along with my cousin Rani. The lady across Amand served me and I had a very unpleasant experience. My left eyebrow was left with multiple cuts under my brow and so much hair still left

Came in 30 minutes before closing and the lady rushed me and my daughter because she said she had to go home. We told her there was still a lot of hair and we would like it fixed and she still kept saying it was time for her to go so she can’t fix it. Not cool! No one likes to be rushed and leave unhappy.
They don’t know how to do eyebrows for the prove they charge. I went with same shape for both eyebrows and came back with different shapes of both eyebrows. The person who was doing mine didn’t seem to know how to do it & she was super slow! Also when I got done there were hair around my eyes! They don’t even clean up properly. If they’re gonna do like this they shouldn’t be charged 13.25 for this!! Some of the other ladies are fine, but the one who did mine this time didn’t know how to do it & she was the only one there!
I called at 6:46, no one answered. Got there at 6:54 pm.. they close at. 7 pm. There was this lady named shali standing there by herself on her phone. I asked her to do my brows she declined because She’s already charged out. I offered to pay by card and she’s like no I have to go home . I told her I only need brows done , at this point she tells me “ NO I HAVE TO GO HOME I HAVE A BABY TOO.” I told her it only takes 5 mins for brows and that they close at 7. I asked to talked to the owner she ignored me. Stealing company time. , why didn’t she lock the doors even after me leaving !? She just was lazy and rude. I recommend the owner get rid of this one.
They are always nice and do a fantastic job.
Nice clean place, only $11 I think for eyebrows. Usually busy so the wait can be awhile. Also was kinda offended when she was about to start on the rest of my face without my permission. She seemed surprised I didn't want my whole face threaded.
