and breaking already. When I got the fill they didn’t even touch my cuticle line and you can tell. The shellac is already peeling off one of my fingers and the nail is already very fragile. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t tip enough, since they constantly ask me if I want my nails fixed, or if it’s because I had two different technicians doing different tasks. I’m disappointed in my $55 fill.
I went in for a quick nail fix, my nails had already chipped from a previous manicure at another salon. The nail technician started filing my nails down so rough that after she was done my nails were super thin. She then added new gel polish on top which started chipping within days. Waste of money and my natural nails will need months to recover from the damage.
I’ve been getting my nails done at Family Nails for a couple of years and I used to be really impressed with their work. However, lately I feel like the quality has declined. The last time I went, the technician cut my cuticles so deep that they were bleeding. She didn’t even apologize or acknowledge her mistake. Additionally, the gel polish she applied started peeling off within a week. I used to recommend this salon to my friends, but I don’t think I will be returning.

The ladies were nice but I asked for ombré. That's NOT it. The picture of my pinky is a small cut and that was made in the first two minutes. The third picture is how my hands look when they're cold. It would have been fine if they were how I wanted them. The last picture is to show my nail. The fake nail broke off my real nail and bent it at the tip. I've decided to try a different place to have it fixed and hope for the best.

I received a pedicure here and I usually don’t do acrylic on ALL my toes but i happen to because the lady suggested it. She was not gentle at all, burned my nail beds multiple times with the drill machine and I’ve only had them done TWO days and one of my acrylic toe nails came off. I truly didn’t like the customer service either and the lady I had was very persistent on me not getting certain things even tho….it was something I wanted. Smh they also never gave me the option on what kind of pedicure I wanted. And when I told her to fix a nail that was clearly crooked she was extremely rough with it. As if I was in the wrong? Very unprofessional.
They can NOT do nails, STILL after so many years!!! Must be the PPP still keeping them in business. The girl kept burning my toes/skin when I was getting my pedicure. The pedicure was not comfortable and only lasted about 10 mins. I have two burns on the top of my big toe. The color on my full set was not smooth and it was HOT in there. No A/C.
I've been coming here for about 6yrs... I LOOOVE IT.... BUT I Wish THEY would/could have offer BIRTHDAY,OR GENERAL LOYAL CUSTOMER DISCOUNT!!
Trash service. Everything from ignoring customers to poor work. I asked for a gel mani French tip and feel like my nails look worse then when I came in. As I was leaving I noticed that they do each others hands better than they do for customers. Please Dave your time. Left without getting everything I wanted because I didn't want my feet to be handled in the same manor. Ps. Spoke the language so didn't appreciate anything that was said. Hence why I am leaving a review. Be kind. A customer is a customer. You can't speak badly on someone because your performance was subpar.
The lady who polished my nails wasn’t friendly and I asked for one finger to be half and half. It was polished crooked so i told her to just polish that one the same as the others.. The end of my nails are bubbled and thick. She pushed me off to another employee once I pointed out the flaws.
