I had a very friendly experience. I was offered wine for free. The gentleman who did my nails and feet where gentle and kind. My nails turned out beautifully and he did exactly what I asked for. When he did my feet, he was patient, gentle and took great comfort and care for me. The atmosphere was calming. It truly was nice to have someone take their time with me.
I recommend this place give them your business I needed a polish change on my toes desperately, I have had a hard time walking as I was in the hospital and just wanted a polish change my husband took me to three different salons and they could not fit me in for just a polish change I thought that was odd but the more I thought about it's most likely because it's not a money maker. I called Kimi's and she said sure to come in. She was so nice and since she took me with no problem I decided to do a pedicure shows they are not all about the money . Great Place and very attentive Give they try gotta keep places like this in business
This is my 2nd time here and love it! I havent had my nails done in over 2-3 years and wanted somewhere near by me. Found this place and they are amazing.

I got my nails done with dip powder and with in a couple days they were chipping, a week later I went back in because 3 nails were chipped. Got them redone and again in a week the nails I had and the original nails are chipping. I have never had an issue with dip nails chipping until now. So frustrating I spent money and got poor service.
As you can see Kim’s nails responded to my review and asked me to call the shop. So I called and no one had any idea what I was talking about and then took my number for someone to call me back. That was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing.
If your going to send a response like you did please follow up, just adds to my frustration.
Love nail day! We have been going to Kim’s for over a year. Even used her for my daughters wedding. Great service and results! Would highly recommend!
I went to Kim’s nails on March 29th and noticed the evening of April 6th that the shellac polish was peeling up. This is unusual for me as normally shellac lasts at least 1 month if not longer. I called on April 7th and told them of the issue. The man that did my nails on the 29th answered and told me to come in the next day. I did thinking they would make it right. Upon arrival I again explained why I was back in. They had a very nice person redo my nails but when I went to leave, they asked me to pay full price again. The reason they stated was that shellac is only supposed to last two weeks. It didn’t even last two weeks and they were willing to make it right. They made me pay full price and offered a $5.00 coupon towards my next visit for which I declined. I will not be returning.

First time I went here, I got a full set and it lasted three months! Yesterday, I walked in without an appointment and got a shellac manicure. The manicurist was so nice and very thorough. I will definitely be returning.
