Friendly staff, nice clean salon. I made appt for a Friday afternoon and they were slammed. Still took their time and did a great job on my mani/pedi (it had been 2yrs since I've had one). I got gel polish on fingers and regular on toes but added some nail art. I wish I knew the techs name because she did a great job!
Always a great experience! Everyone is completely focused on their customer and focuses on creating beautiful nails! I could never go anywhere else, D'Gala has spoiled me! I don't think anyone could compare!
My nails were short to being with, but I needed them done for a wedding I'm going to. They took me as a walk in and did an amazing job!!!!
First mani/pedi for me in a long time. I was very happy with the service, the ladies that I had were very friendly which made it nice and the results were excellent. Photo attached taken today, the manicure was last Wednesday (5 days old). Not bad huh?

Yesterday was my first time going to D gala and I wont go anywhere else now for all my pampering. I made an appointment and when I got there there was no wait. When i first sat down they brought me a bottle of water. My nail tech, who I believe is Nina, loomed at my badly bitten real nails and went to work on making them look beautiful again. Everyone there made me feel right at home and like I have been going there for years. I wish I could rate this business more than 5 stars because with all the extra little thing's like lotion an massage my hands to a warm cloth. Not only do my nails look great my dry skin is gone.
I previously posted a great review for Dgala, but two terrible experiences after that have made me change it. I called for an appointment for a set removal and new set. I have the same guy do my nails every time. Half way thru my appointment I notice he is putting acrylic on my real nails rather than putting tips on. I said to him multiple times thru out my appointment that I wanted tips. He did not listen to me. By the end of my appointment, he did my nails completely wrong. I told him I’m not paying full price for something I didn’t even ask for. He forced me to pay full price and said next time he will give me a discount. I left, called Lee (the owner, I am a regular and know her well). She had the audacity to tell me that Max didn’t put tips on my nails because they were “unhealthy” and that “I like my nails short anyway”…both extremely inaccurate, which she knows. And regardless, that wasn’t what I had asked for so why would she even argue that? She refused to give me my money back, even after being a loyal customer to them for over 3 years. I have sent many people their way, I give a 15 dollar tip every time I go. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. They also treated a friend of mine and her young child poorly which is extremely upsetting. They had made an appointment to get a mani/pedi. They waited for 10 mins and took 3 people BEFORE them even though those people came in well after my friend. They refused to give her child a full pedicure…only painted her toes and still charged her full price for a pedicure. They were rude to my friend, gave her nasty looks and spoke in mandarin amongst each other about her and her child. Absolutely disgusting behavior. It’s extremely unprofessional lately, Im not sure why as it’s never been like this. After being a loyal customer for 3 years I’ll never go back.
