I went yesterday to have a pedicure and they had me in the chair for 40 minutes before beginning. I also wanted to get fills but I didn't have enough time. I made an appointment for this morning at 10 AM and when I arrived at 9:55 my tech was busy. I sat for half an hour waiting and another Tech took my Polish off at which time I set my own bottle Polish on the counter to be used. Long story short when it was time to Polish my nails, my Polish was not anywhere to be found. My Tech Ben did not believe I brought my Polish in and looked at the cameras on his phone in front of other customers. I explained to him I had my own polish yesterday and it was the same bottle that I had used. After he was looking at his cameras on his phone and showing me in front of other customers it was determined that I had placed the bottle of Polish on the counter and one of his techs had removed it and put it in with their stock. This was very embarrassing and humiliating to me. I have been a customer there for a long time and very disappointed that my integrity was questioned. I could not believe the owner would pull his phone out and review cameras in front of customers and discuss this. I did tell him he would not have to worry about me again as I will not return to that business. I also informed them I did not appreciate being called a liar and of course he denied that.
I love it! The Employees are the best. Great technique and steady hands. They even offer an ICE or Hot stone Massage and wow! The best in town easily.
I have been here at least four times now and I have been very happy with the service. I get gel done to my nails and they last about two weeks. They put enough gel clear coats to last. Other places I have went do not. I also had a pedi once here and it was wonderful. She really applied a lot of pressure to the message and it helped relax and rejuvenate me! Not sure why there is bad reviews. Maybe depends on the technician you get. I have been very happy with my service and nail tech.
I had a terrible experience here -They took 20 walk in pedicures before taking me and a family member I came with- We called 2 hours before to set an appointment. After being seated, they did the messiest job on the two of us. They only had 1-2 people doing manicures, and if a “regular” came in, they would immediately take them before us. They put layers and layers and layers of nail polish on, and disregarded errors with previous layers before setting them in the light. We both have bumps and bubbles in our nails. Never going back for a service.
I must say that this place is GREAT ! I have taken my wife to many different nail salons and this place is by far the best. The employees are amazing. They are so nice and great at what they do. They always do their best and we love this place. Prices are great!!! We try and tip really good because of the quality of work. Never have any issues, perfect place to go and get multiple treatments.
This is not a scam, I feel really bad for taking my daughter to your spa. And you called her and threated her and accused her of scamming. Not only she got a toe infection after the girl dig too much into her skin. But the full set of nails that they made on her were not dried completely. They could not work on her the following day because they opened at 12pm, so we went to another salon that where they were fully concerned of my daughter's nails and the job family nails had done. According to the nail specialist the technician from family nails care and spa had left air bubbles and water inside which it could be extracted cause of the glue. My daughter's nails have molded and turned green. I called the spa looking find a solution but the people refused to transfer me to the manager and hung up the phone. And if this was a scam I would'nt be exposing my face like the owner says. My daughter has been submitted to the hospital and yes Indeed it's a fungus. This is not a scam this is very serious.
This was my first visit here. When I walked in there was one person being serviced. I had an amazing experience! The location is convenient for where I travel, all of the staff were attentive to my needs and my technician took her time. I truly feel I got my money's worth. This is my new go-to! Note: make appointments! Before I could finish my pedicure (30-45min) they had @ waiting room of 2/3 people in addition to all chairs being filled with clients. I definitely will return????
I called for an 11:30 appt. Arrived early and requested a pedicure and gel nails. Everyone was friendly, nice. Tech put one of my nails on crooked and then when I said something she said she would fix it, then ripped it off, painfully. She said "oh it hurt?, sorry" She corrected her demeanor after I told her my nails were thin because of pregnancy. Did not give me a choice for the design on my nail. Apparently she Ate some garlic food when I went to wash my hands so when she finished my set my hands smelled like garlic. It was 80$ my husband gave her 100$. She didnt ask him did he want change, just said "thankyou!" and kept the extra 20$. I would have given her ten because I know how to tip. Pedicure was good. Overall my nails were okay. Customer service could be better.
