I haven't had the best first time experience at a nail salon within a long time since Solar Salon in Greenbelt. I went to this salon recently, and I was blessed to come across Tyler who every review highly speak about. He was by far the best nail artist I ever had. And he was patient with me too when I didn't know what type of polish I wanted gel or regular. He did my acrylic

toe nails with pedicure. Very awesome????

The cleanliness of the establishment is okay. The nail tech didn’t take precaution on sanitizing his hands and equipment prior to seeing me. I had to tell him several times to correct my desired nail shape. I got French tips and they did last over two weeks, but I won’t be returning to that establishment in the future.

Not a good ambience, smells weird, not that much attention to details and worst of all the ladies attending the customer keep talking to each other while doing bails of the customer. They should be interacting with the customer not each other while attending the customer. Lady got mad when i asked for a second coat of nail polish for french nail base and started talking to the other lady in her language after getting mad. So obviously they were talking about me. The lady didn’t remove all the dead skin around the nails properly and i still had nail polish on the sides when i cane out. I probably would not go back to use this nail spa nor would i recommend it.

I got my nails done there about 3 weeks ago (new full set acrylic with gel) and all my nails have fungus. Also they up charge for anything you ask and the nails were so thick.

This salon does great work that lasts! I’ve finally found a place that does full sets that last for at least two weeks and don’t break off before then! Also, they’re very hygienic here, especially with pedicures which I very much appreciate. Ask for Tyler, he does great work!!

Terrible quality nails . Who can’t do an extremely short acrylic set . Smdh

Terrible customer service . Literally complained about everything and all I got was clear acrylic because I was tired of the excuses .

Unsanitary as well . Just a no for me I’ll never be back .

I wanted to like this place, really I did because it's pretty close to where I live but, I made an "appointment" for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids) and when we arrived it seemed like 'first come first serve'. It wasn't really busy so we did not stress on it, we (my sister and I) were just eager to give our children their first nail experience. Although, the manicures and pedicures were all very neat, there was an excuse as to why each desired wish could not be met.

(1) Couldn't add jewels/rhinestones because they would fall off

(2) Could not get square short nails if getting gel polish (1 of us was told nails had to be longer and rounded, but the rest of us got gel on shorter nails)

(3) Asked for stripes on 2 nails but received a flower (kid)

(4) Ask for 5 different polish colors (1 per finger), only recieved 1 of the colors and a silver accent on one nail (kid)

(5) Actually asked for flowers, got closed to what she asked for

I get it, if designs are not a specialty at this place, just say that and don't make excuses. We dropped $200+ in this shop and everyone one of us had a complaint when we walked out. This is a basic place, that provides basic service, nothing extraordinary, so if this is your thing, then this is your place.

Originally I gave this place 3 stars but all the kids nails (gel) came off after 2 days...had to take them to another place for a great experience!

I really love my nails and the experience I’ve had here. Everyone’s so accommodating, great customer service and professional. Tyler did my nails just how I like them. The guy who did my pedicure did great also. Anna does a lot of my friends nails, but she’s seldom available. I feel so pampered here and will return. I value their business and staff! Thanks guys!
