My husband and I came to exchange items. We walked into the store with the items in our hands. We then brought the items we were going to exchange to the counter, presented our receipt, and one of the workers tried. By saying we needed to see him first, if we w to exchange items. He then stated that this is the policy but their isn’t any posting of said policy. As a resident of Paterson I am extremely offended that I was accused of stealing $18 of items when I presented the receipt.

This beauty supply store has absolutely everything a woman could need. They are clean, polite and have a wide variety of different items and brands as well. And their wig collections are to die for. I love this place.
I used to go to this hair salon a lot. I purchased items for the big events in my life. My wedding, my birthday, vacations...I would shop there first. Recently they falsely accused me of taking something from the store, because the alarm went off after I walked out. Once I gave them my purchase to check and I showed them what was in my pocketbook (which I did not have too), they still wanted to see more. I refused and called the police. But before police arrived I guess they checked their cameras and saw *nothing* and came running and apologizing. I still waited for the police and filed a harassment report. Please please be weary of this company.
I have been a fantastic beauty customer since middle school. Recently went in to purchase my first wig. When I go into the wig section, at first there is no attendant. Not a big deal for me but, like I said first wig. Don't really know the protocol. I tried on a wig without a cap. Totally my bad. Again I repeat I don't know the protocol. The sales attendant eventually comes in without announcing herself, not sure how long she was standing there, tells me to just leave the wig I tried on a shelf. And then continued to not actually help me or ask if I even needed help. But she continued to talk to her friend. I just think you need to watch how your workers come off to paying customers.
This beauty supply store usually has a wide variety of hair and products as well as products in bulk. Their prices are reasonable and if you need something, they do not mind ordering it for you.
